Service that was well beyond expectations, great room and most importantly great bed. Staff was attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. The only shortfall was the tv, c'mon Coast, flat screens are not the expensive these days.

it was a good hotel but my key card didn't work even after having it reset twice. The front desk person had to come let me into the room. Good quiet hotel Thoe. And the cleaning staff didn't bother us at all:)

Location: Great location. Easy to get to YXX!
Great hotel. Parking was a problem Saturday night, I had to wait until a space became available. I asked for the TV remote to be repaired. That was done right away! Great service.

Cons: room is for sleeping only. Unable to watch TV from anwhere except from in bed.
It is an "Average Hotel" at a premium price. Nothing is spectacular.Even has paper coffee cups.

Location: My sister and I were very impressed with all the places we saw in Abbottsford. The area around the hotel was very pleasant and felt very safe while walking to dinner at night. We very much enjoyed shopping at 7 Oaks Mall. There were lots of nice shops but not so many we felt overwhelmed.
Staff was very helpful and very pleasant; very patient with our questions about the area(shopping & restaurants) and very informative. Doggie guests were a pleasant surprise! Nice to see a hotel really welcome canine visitors. Proximity to restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment venue was excellent. The taxis were prompt and very helpful and pleasant. The ride to the conert ant the enertainment center was so much fun-great cabdriver!
