Modern hotel with great views and spacious rooms.Posted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: Very clean, comfortable beds and bedding; small.
Cons: Better room darkening window coverings.
Location: Close to restaurants, beach, boat tour dock, hiking. Front desk staff gave helpful information.
Excellent room, great location...hot tub and pool were 'out of order' which was disappointing.

Pros: Friendly service. Underground parking. Clean, spacious suite.

Excellent one night stay in a junior suite. Clean, comfy, well equipped kitchenette, views of lake and mountains. Close to walks and restaurants.

Nice and convenient place to stayPosted Oct 26, 2013
Cons: Wish we could have been able to check in a bit earlier
Location: Location was good but it was a very QUIET weekend in Harrison so nothing was going on. Felt like the sidewalks rolled up at 8pm.
Our stay was ok and would probably stay there again. However the carpet in the room was very stained so it didn't feel clean to us. There was alot of foot noise from the people upstairs which woke us up at 5am...didn't appreciate that too much. It was lovely to be able to look out over the lake from the balcony and convenient to everything.

nice pools, OK hotelPosted Oct 26, 2013
Pros: The indoor hot pool and the outdoor swimming pool. Our package included breakfast which was good but over-priced if not included in your package.
Cons: Fix a few things in the guest rooms. Keep the hot pools hotter.
We stayed one night to enjoy the hot pools. The indoor hot pool was nice and hot but the outdoor one was only warm. Our room in the west tower was OK, but old-fashioned with small bathroom and small tub/shower. The wooden doors and some of the furniture needed refurbishing. The Harrison Beach hotel nearby is a much better value for money, except that you have to go to the public hot pool.

Great Stay!Posted Jul 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Was enjoyable for the 2 days we spent! The area was buzzing with tourists as there was a festival in town and everyone was enjoying the wonderful weather on the beach! Hotel is in a great location..cross the street and you're literally on the sand! Lots of eateries around, walking distance. The room was comfortable for me, hubby and 2 toddlers. Was great to have a fridge with a microwave and sets of cutlery and plates. Kids enjoyed the pool, never even went to the public pool of the hot springs cuz why pay the extra cost?! Staff seemed friendly and always smiled or said 'hello' on passing. Other reviews said that the walls were thin; we could hear a few things when our room was quiet, but generally all abided by the quiet time of 11pm. Would stay here again for another quick weekend getaway!

Certainly excellently pklaced with views over the lake. Right in th ecentre so many shops and restaurants nearby. WIFI connectivity not reaching all rooms so had to go to the lobby for a signal. Staff very helpful.

An all-round pleasant experinecePosted Jun 8, 2013
Pros: Lake front location
Cons: Rooms with extended high windows only had curtains for the standard lower section - too much morning light for light sleepers.
Location: Great, especially if you have a room with a view.
Super friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Clean, basic accommodation but with all the conveniences expected from larger chains: coffee maker, ironing board, toiletries etc. Lake view (with balcony) will enhance the experience. Didn't like the 'dated' bedspreads but that's a personal choice. The attached #but independent# restaurant is very good but a bit pricey. Felt very much at home here and would not hesitate to recommend.
