My stay at Harrison Hot Springs Hotel and ResortPosted Sep 13, 2014
Pros: Location, hot pools
Cons: Shower in the room was pathetic. No water pressure, only a small spurt of water came out ... barely enough to get wet.
Location: lots of cute little shops to browse in nearby. Located right on the lake front, nice path to stroll on; great views.
very relaxing and enjoyable. Staff was great, food was great.

Facility is nicePosted Sep 12, 2014
Was treated poorly by front desk staffs. They don't like dealing with 3rd party booking.upgraded my room and still didn't get free brunch. It ended costing me 215 a night without free brunch yet my friend only paid 159/night and received free brunch. It was bad experienced for me and hope it won't happen again

Nice hotel with characterPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: The pool!! Friendly staff, great service and food
Cons: the games room, needs up-dated games and not all were working
Location: Location is great! Close to the water, nice view, gardens and a lovely promenade to walk
We stayed in the older part of the hotel, but were very impressed with the quality over-all.

Pleasant VisitPosted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: This hotel is in an excellent location and the grounds are lovely. The various pools are wonderful and the staff was excellent.
Cons: I would like to see all the rooms have air conditioning and something done about the exposed plumbing pipes running along the ceiling.
Location: There are several good restaurants and a few shops to see. However, the beach and the pools are the main attraction.
We decided to stay overnight on our return trip from the interior of B.C. We hadn't been there for over 30 years so were looking forward to it. We found the town much the same, with even some of the same restaurants. The town was crowded with tourists, as you would expect in August. We were disappointed in our room as it was very small, had no air conditioning, and even had exposed plumbing pipes running along with ceiling. It was in the oldest part of the hotel. However, the staff was excellent and couldn't have been friendlier so that made up for a lot.

Very disappointed room was very small.Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: The Copper Room
Cons: Maybe give a person a nicer room not in the old part
Location: No comment
We question the size of the bed I think it was a double. Also it was in the old part of the hotel and we were not impressed. The meal and dancing in the copper room was good.

Hot Spring therapy !Posted Aug 15, 2014
Awesome natural volcanic spring water, it's truly therapeutic. I got a great rate for a room but even then it's a tad pricey. It's definitely an annual vacation destination for me. I took the trip in a Yamaha FJR 1300 and the roads were beautiful through WA and BC.

Excellent stay, no AC thoughPosted Aug 13, 2014
Our room had no AC, So it was a tad stifling all the time even though a fan was provided. We enjoyed our stay overall though.

Great Amenities, Disappointing RoomPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: The pool was incredible.
Cons: AIR CONDITION
Location: Water sports just across the path.
Booked for an overnight. Amenities, especially the pool was awesome. Initially Expedia and other hotel websites advertised the hotel as air conditioned. Our entire floor was not air conditioned and it was super uncomfortable at night considering it was the middle of the summer. We were given a fan! For a self-advertised resort, I was expecting greater comfort.
