“Very Pleasant stay.”

The hotel was easy to find. Very comfortable beds & pillows. They are in the process of total renovating of the rooms. But it did not disturb us at all. Would stay there again if we were in the area. However, do not plan to eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Quite pricey for what you get.

“Great hotel for family or anyone.”

Check-in went without a hitch. Room was fine. Well supplied. Good beds. Everything working. Restaurant was, as usual, good. Hotel was quiet.

“Good for the money”

It is quiet, and seems well run. The location is a bit odd, requiring a a couple of left turns with the second across double-yellow lines, but no one seems to mind that too much. The wireless connection failed mid-way through the stay and never came back on; a minor nuisance.

“Very convenient location”

Noisy, so be sure to have some earplugs. No refrigerator, lso take a cooler to keep things cold with ice from their ice machine.

“Look for others”

The rooms were fine and beds very comfortable. No continential breakfast, clerk said that adjacent restaurant gave 10% off of meal price and Sunday brunch was being served until 2PM. We went for brunch at 1030AM and were told at end of meal that 10% discount was only valid until 10AM and they would not honor it. I told clerk at hotel but am out $8 and left dissatisfied. Kids from hockey teams were staying and loud and running in hallways. No attempt to stop up and down hallways for hours. Otherwise an okay stay.

“Chilly in Chilliwack”

Desk staff was great but they had installed a new heat system and I had to switch rooms three times to get in a room that had heat, but it was a rattling hissing heater that woke me a few times. The desk staff was nice about it and I received a discount but it was a long drive the next day.

“Cheap Option - No Frills”

The room was cheap and hotel clean but the restaurant's food was terrible, the promised 'spa hot tub' was closed for maintenance (looked like indefinitely) and my room was not cleaned or changed for 2 days while I was there. Heater in room was also very noisy. If you don't want to spend a lot, stay here but don't except customer service.
