This is my second time staying at the VRI, and is the closest lodging to the music festival venue where I was working. The room was clean and comfortable, though the bed mattress was a little too hard for my taste. Not a deal-breaker! Overall, a very lovely stay.

The Roku TV services is horrible for My senior generation. Seniors do not want create accounts with passwords and jump through hoops nor watch “new” tv programming. They wantCBC CTV ABC CBS ABC TSN AND SPORTSNET and maybe some extras like news home and garden. Not sure I would come back and certain I would not recommend to a friend. Too bad cause it is very clean and staff is great.

We stay here every trip to Chilliwack, several times over the year. The rooms are always clean and the front desk is always very friendly and helpful. It's a basic room but that's all we ever need, just a place to sleep.

Tv should be up higher and mounted on the wall and could be larger. Coffee pots are cheap and ours broke. No spare blankets available in room. Not enough towels.
