"Excellent Hotel with a helpful staff. Parking is located in a garage under the hotel for an additional fee but is well worth it to not have to find parking elsewhere! Very comfortable and clean room with modern amenities. The morning breakfast buffet is amazing with fresh cut cold cuts, fresh cut fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and so much more I couldn’t even find room to eat anymore. Highly recommend staying at Rui Hotel located about 2 blocks away from Firsherman’s Dwarf attractions and food vendors. "

Upon checking in we were given complimentary steel water bottles, two passes for the cable bar, and two passes for a bike rental These were a pleasant surprise and we still use our water bottles all the time! The concierge was helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. All you can ask for in a hotel room!"
