"Beautiful Hotel"
Great hotel. Sketchy neighbors hood around JapanTown. Beautiful View and rooms! I suggest using the Uber App to get around Frisco... Overall, great stay! I hate that parking in the hotel cost $52 a day or if u park in the garage underneath $23 a day. Parking for people who stay should be free

"Union square gem"
Lovely hotel. Very close to shops and central to everything. Hotel has lots of character, with period features and matching decor but all in a very positive way. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice touches include wine and cheese each evening and warm cookies before bed. Breakfast is simple but should cover every taste. Excellent choice in every way

"Great hotel and great location"
Everyone we encountered was very helpful. I read reviews about having to wait a long time for the valet service to bring your car to you. They warned us it could take 25 min, so to plan ahead. It only took 10. They only thing that would have made it perfect woul be to have a fridge in the room and a breakfast of sorts. We will be back. Its a very cool looking hotel... We actually were able to walk everywhere. If you like walking up and down steep hills. Use your google maps app to help navigate around the city.China town is really close.

Native San Franciscan booked a room for the night to avoid having to drive around while partying with friends. Nice little hotel conveniently located in the middle of the city. Close by pretty much anything you can want, shopping, nightlife, restaurants. The rooms were very cute and clean. Bed was comfy. The only thing that was a downside was the noise. You can hear people walking by, doors open and close, and the AC had this constant clicking sound which can be annoying if you're a light sleeper like me. Otherwise everything else was great and enjoyable.

"Very close to Union Square."
Since this is close to Union Square, everything is close by. Lots of places to eat and even shop for. If you are very paranoid about being close to/ in the Tenderloin district, then you may want to avoid this place but frankly my experience of the locality was fantastic. The cross street (Taylor) can have a homeless people but not near Clift as it is at the bottom of Nub Hill.

"Great location, Clean, Nice Staff"
Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a very nice trip. Hotel was clean. Staff were very courteous. Valet in the early morning was a bit of a problem. Took them 30 minutes to get the rental car. But other than that, it was an excellent stay. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice upscale hotel right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf.

"Ok hotel in centre of town.."
Was expecting a really nice hotel and room for $300 a night.. Disappointed upon arrival. Room smelt so musty took a good day to air it out. Bed was nice and they sent up a card and wine for our honeymoon. Location is a plus though right in the centre of town walking distance to great shops, a 5 storey mall and restaurants. We hired a car and the hotel wanted to charged us $57 a day to park there.. We found parking elsewhere but was still expensive. I would recommend not hiring a car in San Fransisco unless you really need to. They have a great publix transport available.
