Feels very nice for the price. Full breakfast in the morning was a treat & the general decor of the hotel and rooms feels very fancy. Lovely pool and hot tub.
This is our go-to hotel when we have stuff to do around Chino Hills and we always enjoy our stay. Staff is friendly and always welcoming. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Breakfast has many options. We feel safe and the area is quiet. We just LOVE this place!
The property was beautiful, the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was wonderful! Felt very safe very pleased will stay there for future vacations!👍😊
No towels or water cups in the athletic center but otherwise room was excellent and breakfast very well done! Thanks for a great stay and I will use again.
This hotel is lovely! Our room was well-apportioned and clean! The housekeeping staff is fabulous! The complimentary daily breakfast offered a variety of fresh foods prepared with care. Chino Hills area has many restaurants.
My one and only complaint would be that there is only 1 hook in the rooms to hang anything on. This is a common situation in all hotel rooms. Even if you spend $400 per night, still only 1 hook on the back of the bathroom door.
There were a few hiccups the AC thermostat wasn’t functioning that well, and the sink area wasn’t completely clean but still a great place to stay walking distance from dining and a great boba place nearby as well!

This property delivers in terms of amenities and service. What I was disappointed with my stay was the fact I call ayres to confirm the hot tub was open as that was the main feature of our choosing them. I booked, drove straight there on a non refundable room to find the hot tub was closed. Now mind you when I did call, I was put on hold and was told management confirmed it's open. I feel im eserve a coupon for a free nights stay from the property.
