Pros: Clean, conveniently located.
Great hotel experience. It was very clean (looked brand new) and the staff was very helpful when needed. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

We always stay here.Posted Dec 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
When we need a place to stay close to my parents' house, this is where we stay. All.the workers are very pleasant, always a smile. The breakfast is good. Our only criticism, was the weight room. The soap receptacle remained empty and there was no water, even after my husband mentioned it to someone. Overall though, we find it to be a very welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

Very good locationPosted Dec 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are huge. The breakfast was good even for a vegetarian. The only thing I would suggest is that it would have a fridge and microwave which I gave it an overall 4 out of 5.

Nice hotel close to family and friends.Posted Oct 30, 2013
Pros: Was a very comfortable place to stay.
Cons: Need to supply extra towels, not just one per person per day.
Location: We previously lived in the area so already knew where everything was. Our family and friends also live in the area.
There was only one thing that was strange, it looked liked the duvet had been washed and the stuffing was in large lumps. Looked like waves on a lake. Really liked the breakfast to go since we did not get up early enough for the complimentary breakfast. Also liked the coffee available 24 hrs a day and especially the chocolate chip cookies. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and very helpful. Also liked the laundry room since we were there for 9-days.

Thoughtful amenities, but no mini-fridgePosted Oct 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was bigger than I expected, and amenities were fine. I was happy that they actually had duvet covers and they promised that they would be washed for every guest. This seems to be quite rare. However I did see a huge lipstick stain on it, so not sure if it was actually properly washed. I really liked that they were thoughtful about electrical outlets everywhere -- and a USB charging station thing on the bedside. Very convenient for charging all our gadgets. Breakfast was convenient too, and there was a coffee/tea bar in the lobby which was great. However I did not like that there was no mini fridge in the room, unless I paid $10.

While we always enjoy our stays at Hampton Inns throughout the US, we have never before encountered a power outage at one. We received a notice, but because we had booked it with hotels.com we were not offered any compensation for enduring it, which became a problem since one in our party requires a breathing machine at night. The stay at the hotel was fine, but we will not be booking any reservations through hotels.com any longer.
