"Great location, Staff, and a Great Experience!"
The staff are quite accommodating of you the instant you walk in. They know a bit of English enough to converse well and to get you checked in promptly. The rooms are also quite nice, if a little bit small (but you get used to that in Tokyo since business hotel single rooms are generally quite small. But it comes with all accommodations you'll ever need. Refrigerator, microwave, safe, enough electrical outlets to your heart's content, a great shower/bathroom, and a fairly nice sized bed. Only thing I did not like was the hard pillows, but unfortunately that also seems to be the norm in Japan. Their breakfast that they also serve is also quite good and varies day-to-day. On another note, it is very close to Suidobashi JR station, which is extremely close to Akihabara, which makes it very near to busy/main JR train stations. Tokyo station is also easily accessed from this hotel in case you decide to take a Shinkansen to somewhere else in Japan.

"Diamond Hotel good for the money"
The Diamond Hotel is in a good location and is inexpensive. If your looking for a hotel that is not all the bells and whistles then this is a great hotel for you. Just a few blocks from the Imperial Palace the Honzomon gate. Rooms are small but well layed out. Breakfast buffee very good, no bar that we found but didnt look to hard for one either, they might have one. But after running all over Tokyo, doing business you just need a bed and rest. Easy for customers to find your location and take you to meetings on the subway.

"Marunouchi Hotel, Tokyo Japan"
The hotel was situated on the upper floors of a downtown high-rise building so the view of the city was fabulous. The room was small but so pretty and comfortable. It had a floor to ceiling window almost the entire width of the room. The staff were very attentive. You didn't even have to walk up to the front desk when you first arrived, the staff greeted you as you walked in, took your luggage and you sat in lounge chairs while they checked you in and you were then escorted to your room. There is no tipping in Japan anywhere. The hotel was next door to the main train / subway station called Central Station. There is a HUGE underground shopping plaza under the train station that has hundreds of stores and restaurants. What a treat that was however, you can get lost pretty quickly and there's not a lot of English on the maps of the stores. Back to the hotel - There was a kettle and china cups along with an assortment of teas. Newspaper daily ( in English ) There was a fridge as well and there were lots of stores around if you wanted to keep snacks in your room. The one thing that was missing was an iron and ironing board. The bathroom had a heater behind a portion of the mirror which kept it from fogging up ( a big plus when you're trying to put your makeup on. There wasn't a separate lighted mirror like in Canada/USA. This hotel had more business men and women vs families. Beautifully decorated inside with a miniature model of the city inside. I would stay again.

"Great hotel for Akihabara travelers"
The hotel is excellent. It's close proximity to the Akihabara district makes it one of the best for those seeking to visit Akihabara while not having to spend money on a cab. The rooms are a bit smaller than those most Americans are accustom to but they are very clean and do what they need to do.

"Lovely stay - would book again!"
Very clean establishment, staff were very polite and well spoken English. Very conviniant for nearby metro stations. Very nice meals in both the restaurants, discount available in the bar for hotel guests. Lovely views overlooking the Imperial Grounds and Tokyo Tower which is lit up in the evenings. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

"I did not want to leave."
It was the most relaxing, comfy and luxuriating experience I had during my visit to Japan, staying at this hotel! I had stayed at three other hotels and this hotel was the best! I knew it was going to be a hectic trip for me, so I booked a room at this hotel for the latter part of the trip to recuperate. What a wonderful stay it turned out to be--I deserved it and I got it, and then some! I did not want to leave!

"Good location"
The hotel was quite close to the Ikebukoro station and shopping areas. It was a little hard to find at first - no fault of the hotel though. Staff were very helpful. The rooms felt a bit small, but then I am 6'2" in height. They were perfectly acceptable rooms and we both enjoyed our stay.
