Very nice hotel and excellent service

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Service perfect. Facilities too. Location is perfect, near a lot of touriest spots, subways and shopping center.
The 4 nights stay in imperial hotel is very good experience. The hotel service is perfect, so as the facilities. This hotel locates in the downtown of Tokyo, nearby you have parks, subways, shopping center. Everything you need can be found here. The food and museum are worth trying. I will choose this hotel again if I go to Tokyo.

Excellent hotel for business

Posted Jun 12, 2015
Pros: Personal attention to service
Cons: Not much.
Location: Imperial Palace, close to Tokyo Station and subways, local style eating establishments.
Excellent location in Hibiya, close to government offices. Convenient to subway, with taxis always available. This hotel is recommended for those with some familiarity with Japan since a taxi or subway usually must be used to access popular sites and shopping districts. What this distinguishes this hotel is its attention to service. It's best for business travelers and mature couples since it is highly regarded, and pricing, restaurants, and shopping in the hotel complex is high end and pricey.

Perfect

Posted May 29, 2015
Pros: Service, cleanliness, room amenities, location
Cons: Access to the gym, which is only available to hotel members (you have to sign up but I think it's free)
Location: Yakitori Alley, many dept store shops, Imperial Palace
Stayed here for 4 nights last week in Tokyo. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and even allowed early check in! You'll find this rare in Japan, most hotels are sticklers for check in time. We got there by 12:30 pm and our room was ready so they allowed it. Even better, they upgraded us! Our room for three people was fantastic. We each had our own bed, it was spacious and had two bathrooms, automated curtains, speakers on the ceiling for the radio, and many bath amenities. My favorites were definitely the Shiseido Elixir face lotions and shampoo/shower gels! The staff was exceptional, one of the friendliest services I've received on my travels where everyone genuinely wants to help you. Everyone for the most part speaks/understands English. The location in Ginza is great too, with easy access to the metro and very close to the park and Imperial Palace. Yakitori Alley is also very close by and great to go for a local meal. Loved our stay here, our room was cleaned twice a day as well. Would definitely stay here again. Also, in the morning, with no traffic, a taxi to Tokyo station is less than 1000 yen. It'll be about a 1000-1500 yen when there's more traffic.

Fantastic hotel, perfect location close to Ginza shopping district and restaurant and bars. Very friendly and helpful staff with very good skill of English speaking. Clean and spacious rooms just a little bit old furniture. In general a lovely hotel to stay for both business and pleasure.

Nice spacious rooms in central Tokyo

Posted May 14, 2015
The hotel is located directly next to the imperial garden, a perfect location for a Tokyo vacation. It is close to some nice hidden streets with great local food and the subway. The interior is slightly outdated but still very clean and nice looking. Great place and watch out for low room rates, then it is even more worth :)

Great hotel. Warm reception at checkin. Numerous dining facilities of all types, several bars on premises. In room massage was fantastic. Very helpful concierge to help with advice on nightlife and outside restaraunts. Lots of staff to help - you can't even really get to own you own door - they are there first!

A magestic hotel in a great location.

Posted May 6, 2015
Pros: The room was very spacious with all the amenities. The bathroom had a large shower and separate soaking tub. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Right across the street from the beautiful Hibiya Park with walking paths. Also close to the metro and great dinning and shopping.
The Imperial Hotel was such a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The service was impeccable. The staff was very professional but warm and friendly. They were there to greet you at every turn. Everyone made sure we had what we needed and were ready to help us with anything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and perfectly kept and clean. The mini bar had great items and there was a hot pot and tea set as well. The free internet was easy to access with a strong signal. There were many great choices for eating in the hotel.
