AMAZING!!!Posted Jul 1, 2015
From the moment you talk into the hotel lobby to the moment you walk to your room, you are greeted by the most amazing and friendly staff. That's before you even reach your room. Once you get in there, you'll never want to leave! The views and the amenities are breathtakingbreathtaking, and the hotel is in walking distance of the subway station! Amazing!!

Spectacular Accomodations in ChiyodaPosted Apr 12, 2015
My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon. I booked a night at the Palace Hotel Tokyo as the final evening of our journey and could hardly have asked for a better stay. Our room was lovely, with a spectacular view of the Imperial Palace East Garden and the service was top-notch. Palace grounds are a two minute walk away, and the location is otherwise excellent--underground direct access to Otemachi Station (a great hub for Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway lines) and a 10 minute walk or train ride from Toyko Station. While we did not make use of the restaurant, bar, or spa, the facilities all came across as first-rate. My only complaint is that the bed was a bit too firm for my taste, but this is a minor quibble and the linens, pillows, etc were otherwise impeccable. Great luxury alternative to the Mandarin or Saint Regis for half the price. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time during my stay!Posted Jan 6, 2015 on Hotels
Great hotel with a very helpful staff. The rooms are VERY nice and comfortable! You definitely feel like you don't need to leave your room at all because it's so relaxing. The complementary Fitness Center was awesome, but I wish the swimming pool was also complimentary, instead it has an expensive user fee, even for guests. The only thing that I didn't like was that the night I stayed, they were doing a mandatory power shut down from midnight until 4am, so after the power came back on, all the lights in my room came on, waking me up in the middle of the night. But I guess it's only 1 time per year it happens, just my bad luck.
