จองโรงแรมเพื่อพักสามคนในรายละเอียดการจองมีอาหารเช้าให้ แต่เมื่อไปถึงโรงแรม พนักงานโรงแรมกลับบอกว่าที่จองไม่รวมอาหารเช้าให้ติดต่อกับเว็บที่จองเนื่องไม่ได้จองกับทางโรงแรม ถ้าโรงแรมจึงไม่รับผิดชอบ ส่วนภายในโรงแรมดูดีมากแต่ด้านหน้าโรงแรมค่อนข้างมืด ภายในห้องก็ดูดี ใหม่ สะอาด

Convenient location for shopping & restaurants

We had a good stay at JW Marriott Hotel Chongqing with all their facilities. The only set back was, upon check in, the Hotel does not honour what was stipulated on the contract we signed with Expedia.com.au My Deluxe Room does include Continental Breakfast, Free High Speed Internet and Free Airport Shuttle. After negotiating with the manager, Marriott agreed to give us all except the Free Airport Shuttle. We have travel all over the world and used Expedia.com.au and this is the first bad experience we had.

This hotel is certainly centrally located, the only draw back is the traffic we had to deal with while getting in and out of the hotel. We were happy about everything except the limited selection on their buffet menu. . Aside from the hotel itself, I did experienced problem with this booking, while my confirmation clearly stated the room I booked comes with free breakfast, but I booked it during my travel, and I could not print out the confirmation, and could not show it to the front desk clerk, rather than keep disagreeing with him, my friend had to use his local influences, and had to contact the top management to up grade me to the executive level, so I can get the free breakfast. I can't help to wonder what would happen if I don't have a friend with local contact. Therefore, I would really like to have someone look into this matter, and get back to me on what actually went wrong on my booking..

breakfast at excecutive lounge was poorly served. getting a taxi was troublesome, vehicles management at the front entrance/lobby is messy.
