Beds were very uncomfortable, the house keeping was a bit inconsistent some days freash towels, some beds were made I guess it depended who was one, also parking was confusing most places have designated car parks a couple times we came back and there was no where to park, overall was pretty average.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you were not happy with your stay. Regarding the parking, we do not designate as we have enlarged our car park and the newer parks are wider for larger vehicles. It is unusual to not be able to find a park unless visitors have parked in guest parking. The units are serviced daily, however we do not make your beds. Your room was booked for three not four (two young children) As we talked with you about, for health and safety we are required to know how many are staying in our units. You had a lot of luggage around the floor area and you had moved furniture joining single beds together which made it difficult to service. Thank you

Our hosts at Garden City went above and beyond to provide us with early access to our unit so that we could prepare for a family funeral nearby. They were friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home.

Unit could do with a refresh but was suitable for our 2 night stay. Staff were lovely. Would be nice to get a top up of Milk on 2nd day. Only 4 chairs for dining table so with a family of 5 someone had to sit elsewhere to eat.

Rooms were a little old fashioned in styling but were really good. Had decent shower pressure, shower is also massive but could do with a little more bathroom storage. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and enough space to move around. Got air conditioning and rooms are soundproofed. Barely heard any cars on the main road. Staff are absolutely lovely. Would definitely stay again
