Nice hotel & couldn’t fault our priory room, that was lovely. Limited parking opposite, we had to park in a public car park on our second day. We thought there would be more of a choice on the dinner menu so we chose to eat elsewhere. Found breakfast to be on the expensive side & feel that tea/coffee should be included & not charged as a separate entity. We waited a long time to be served at the bar on our first afternoon & that particular staff member came across a bit too obnoxious, unfortunately. That being said, overall we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel and room were extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely break in a superb location. Would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommended
Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout the stay. Inside of hotel is beautiful. Bedroom was excellent, Queen room, with plenty of space, lovely decor and very comfortable. Good selection of tea and coffee. Only criticism is the bill is hard to understand.

This is a great place to stay, the room was amazing. Staff were brilliant. I two minor criticisms, and they didn't impact my stay but they could have. 1. Music from restaurant filtered up in the room, and didn't switch off until 11:45. When I first arrived in the room I thought it was a speaker in the room playing 'relax and welcome' music, but it wasn't it became more dancey as the night went on. 2. The road is a bit noisy - again this isn't the hotel's fault. The hotel is in an excellent location. I guess you get used to this!!
