"Our favorite hotel of our 3 week trip in Japan. Our room was excellent, clean and quiet. We loved the « hang out » area on the second floor. It was spacious and allowed us to eat and unwind there. Lots of amenities were available at the hotel’s 2nd floor: (microwave, oven, ustensils, hot/cold water fountain, gym, washer/dryer). Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book there again or through their hotel chain. Great service! Also, the hotel had a prime location in Ginza, 1 block away from the metro station. Excellent neighbourhood for shopping/restaurants/access to transportation. Walking distance from the Tokyo train station and many attractions (tsukiji market, shopping streets, imperial palace…) Recommended +++"

"We really enjoyed the various hotel amenities, especially the Lawson convenience store on the 2nd floor. "

"This hotel was great! Very clean and staff very helpful. They drop off clean towels outside your door daily without asking for them if you put on the “ do not disturb” which is amazing. The location is in the middle of the Shinjuku life yet hotel is quiet. The city view is very nice and the size is comfortable even if small it is made efficiently. "
