Beautifully designed Boutique Hotel

Got in late after a long drive from Cleveland and relaxed with a drink from the adjacent bar and a quick walk around the two floors of exhibits. Very nice room and a great location.

Funky Hotel

Pros: It was very comfortable.
Location: I just walked around the city as I had never been there.
The hotel staff was terrific and the experience was fun. I was travelling on business and alone and they made my stay quite nice. The actual hotel is different, fun and funky.

A Wonderful Change of Pace.

Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Lack of a proper loading zone made dropping off the car a bit harder than it should have been.
Location: Right downtown, within walking distance of everything.
I'm a frequent visitor to Cincinnati, but this was my first time at the 21c. The room was fresh and new, and the artwork was eye-opening. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. A great change of pace from the Hilton.

Perfect hotel for art museum trekking

Location: Contemporary art museum next door, Fountain Square half a block away, walking distance to Taft Museum and Underground Railroad Museum.....
We chose the 21c hotel because of its great downtown Cincy location, its art, and its pet-friendly policy. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and just loved our little hound mutt. Their pet policy was clear, safety-oriented and considerate of both the pet owner and other hotel guests. The room was only a little larger than the average hotel room, but had several nice amenities, such as robes, mini-bar, room-darkening shades and stylish, artistic decorations. The rubber duckie in the shower and large plastic penguin in the elevator Sunday morning were nice touches.

Chic, modern hotel with central location

Clean modern rooms, fantastic staff, and wonderful restaurant but lots of street noise from late night clubs in front and loud a/c humming noises from big units on adjoining buildings and in center courtyard of hotel. Noise comfort kits are available including white noise machines but wish this wonderful hotel didn't have the noise issue.

Incredible Hotel!

Location: Fantastic location. Right smack in the middle of downtown. Lots of great activities, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
We stayed at the 21c Museum Hotel over the weekend arriving on a Friday night and leaving Sunday morning. Everything about this hotel was top notch. The room was great, very clean. The housekeepers even came twice in a day to tidy up. The staff of the hotel was very friendly. The catered to our every need. Need a restaurant recommendation? Somewhere to grab drinks? Just ask the front desk of the hotel. I wish I could remember the lady's name that we talked to, but she recommended an excellent restaurant for us to eat at. We had the best night on Saturday and we have her to thank. They really do focus on the little things there too to make your stay that much better. For example, when we left on Sunday morning we went to grab breakfast after we checked out at the Metropole restaurant inside the hotel. The hostess saw us with our bags and offered to lock them up in a closet for us so we didn't have to sit with them while we ate. Everything was impeccable and I will definitely be staying at the 21c anytime I visit not only Cincinnati, but anyplace that has one.

The valet staff were great.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Cincinnati has a reputation for bed bugs. This hotel is new, so I felt safe staying there.
Cons: Parking rates are way too high. Overall, quite pricey.
Location: In the center of downtown Cincinnati. The Freedom Center is within walking distance as well as Fountain Square, restaurants, etc.
Very expensive, but nice. High charge for parking, which I couldn't pay. Valet staff were helpful in watching bag, bringing it down, etc. while I got my car from a city garage.

Location: It's close to everything, best location downtown!
Love staying at the 21c, definitely my go to hotel when I want a place to stay downtown, clean, room service is delicious, awesome upbeat atmosphere!

Classy, upscale and accomodating

Altho I had feared what I would get by booking into a downtown hotel in an old "pre-war" building, I was blown away by the attention to detail and the amenities found at 21c. I have stayed in many upscale hotels in Europe and Asia and this rivaled any found there, beginning with the amazing Museum integrated right into the lobby. I recommend this Hotel w/o reservation

Totally hip, interesting , cool place!

My daughter and I were so charmed and delighted by our brief stay! From the helpful valets, to the cheerful and accommodating front desk clerks, who had the distinction of performing their duties atop an artpiece.... We loved it! The room was clean and crisp, had everything we needed and them some! The shampoos and soaps were first class, and there were cool and entertaining little details to amuse us. We got to tour and observe the first two floors of art, which had some very interesting elements! All in all, we were sad we had to leave so soon... When we return to Cinci, we'll surely be back!
