“Will stay there again.”

Cleaner than most of the hotels of this price range. Staff is friendly. One of the pillow cases was not very clean. The door joining two rooms together was not sealed well, and we could hear the people in the other room talking (unfortunately there was a very loud woman in the next room on the day we stayed). Breakfast area and the lobby were very clean. Pool seems to be clean as well. We did no use the pool though.

The hotel was very clean, not a lot of "bells and whistles", but would definitely stay there again.

Only problem I had with hotel is no hot water. What made it worse is we got room with hot tub in it and really didnt enjoy it with cold water. When I complained the only answer I got was "Yes, we had several complains about no hot water"

#1. Cigarette smoke filed the hallway where smoking was not permitted. I had asked for a "very non-smoking room." The hall was later sprayed with a scented spray to mask the smell. This situation was the same the last time I stayed there. #2. My room was an adjoining room where two doors can be opened between them---thus NO insulation. The young couple in the next room were LOUD on and on until 1AM---talking , laughing, playing the TV on high volume. #3. The hot tub looked scummy with dirty water. The next day it was roped off due to " jets not functioning. "

“won't go back”

For a hotel that was not very old it looked extremely worn. As soon as we walked in side entry the carpet smelled as if sprayed with air freshener. We returned to the room for the second night the room had not been cleaned.
