Pros: nothing
Cons: remodeled and updated
Location: close to newport, would had booked next door to value place hotel, looks a lot nicer on the the outside and very side it look better than this hotel
got locked out our room, because our key stopped working

Pros: The Staff was very nice.
Cons: Clean up the rooms
Room was very dirty, dusty, cob webs hanging on wall and toothpaste splashed on bathroom mirror. This was the second room we was moved to the first was worse. Not where I would really want to stay again.

Pros: Price.
Cons: See above re outside door not functioning with room key.
Hotel okay. Only issue - given room 101, (furtherest from front desk/breakfast area) as outside door door for unloading car conveniently located there. Problem: door did not open with room key. Was told there was some issue with time delay on key - it would not work for an hour. Nope - did not work for rest of overnight stay. We solved issue the old fashioned way - we propped the outside door open with can while unloading and loading our car in the p.m./a.m. This problem appears to have existed for a while as a sign indicating that the outside door not be propped open was discarded nearby. Why was such a sign necessary if door worked properly? Also, if front desk knew it did not work, why offer me the far away room?

Pros: The accomidating staff.
Cons: Cleanliness. Some things needed to be updated.
Location: Good location. Close to everything.
Some of the things in the room could have been slightly cleaner but we could not have had a nicer,more accomidating staff. They were wonderful!
