Nice stay, hotel needs some work.

Posted Nov 9, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room
Cons: Repair rooms
Location: Had a nice gluten free dinner at Red Robin and had other options in the area. Lots of shopping opportunity
Check in was fine, except could pay cash, because we booked with Expedia?? Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and nice for the price we paid. The hotel needs some work and updates. There were major drywall cracks in our bathroom. Overall a nice stay.

The bathroom is ridiculously small! The girl at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast was good, I just wish they used real eggs and not powdered eggs.... They have a funky consistency and cutting it into cubes did not help it's palate-ability.

Nice hotel close to amenities restaurants etc.

Because out of season the numbers of guests was low it compared very favourably with another local hotel we have used a number of times before. Overall we would definitely stay again whenever we were in the area.

We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last two years when visiting Kings Island. Close to the park with a variety of restaurants available.

I only stayed for one night, but the room was very pretty, clean, and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable for such a beautiful room! I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know who might be planning a trip to Cincinnati.
