I definitely understand your concerns about our rates. I know our hotel, but unfortunately we do have to remain competitive with the other hotels in the area, especially on special occasions. Timothy, I am deeply sorry for the issues you had to deal with. The additional adjoining room we gave to you was originally 400 a night. I know that having to pay for another room was not something you had planned for, but for an issue we had no responsibility in, I simply could not give away a room for absolutely free. I do remember lowering the rate even further to 35 a night. It was also a holiday weekend, so the electrician we have couldn't make it in. If we could have adjusted the rate on the other room, we would have done that as well, but because it was through Expedia, we couldn't touch it. If you ever do stay with us again, I am prepared to offer you a gift card to manage some of the cost. I hope you give us another chance to exceed your expectations and offer you the service you deserve. Once again, I am so sorry that your stay with us was not the best. We strive to improve our customer service with each guest, and I am very disappointed that we did not succeed with you. We hope to see you again.

Thank you! I agree with you about the bathrooms, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do to fix the size. We had our last remodel in 2017, and perhaps in the next one we could increase the bathroom size.
