Overnight stay

Overnight stay before flying the next morning. Check in was quick, staff was friendly and room was great. Location and price were the best I could find. Would stay here again.

Nice Hotel - Terrible Internet policy

Pros: Great staff, clean room.
Cons: Stop charging for wireless internet.
Overall, the hotel was very nice. The staff was amazing. My one and only complaint: A little more than $12 per day for wireless internet access in the room. They have an option for around $6 but the speed is a little more than dial-up. The $12 Internet package clocked in around 3 mgs up and down.

Pros: The daytime front desk staff and restaurant staff were very nice.
Cons: The evening desk staff was rude, snotty, and very immature in their behavior.
Location: Nothing besides the airport.
Although this hotel is very nice and the beds are very comfortable, it was not a pleasant stay. Here is why: 1. We were traveling with 2 adults and 2 children. I called in advance to ensure we had a room with 2 doubles and was indicated we would. Upon arrival we had a room with 1 king. I indicated we had 4 people in the room and the evening front desk clerk snottily indicated "bed types are a request and not a guarantee at their hotel". When I challenged her, she said they were sending air mattresses to the room. 2. We then waited more than 30 minutes for the air mattresses at 10:30 at night. 3. Then the TV came on with sound but no picture and the toilet clogged. When I called to indicate this, they wanted to step me thru fixing the TV. By now I'm very upset and told the clerk I was not their maintenance man and asked to speak to the manager. The manager was very nice (Christina) and after I explained all of our issues, provided us with complimentary breakfast each day. That was a nice gesture but in my opinion did not make up for the lack of beds. 4. The person sent to my room to plunge the toilet was the same front desk clerk with an attitude that I had been dealing with. I cannot believe a hotel of this size and brand did not have a maintenance person on the premises. 5. One of the air mattresses deflated and we then had to have a new one. 6. AFTER ALL THIS, we "mistakenly" got a 1 AM wake up call! I'm sure this was no accident!

Well located to almost anywhere

My family enjoyed the hotel and we got a good deal for 4 people. The staff were very gentle and that made surpass our expectations. There were also plenty of parking space and easy access to the main streets.

We were only staying overnight but wish it would have been longer...beautiful lobby and helpful staff.

The room,staff & the restaurant were fantastic. My room was clean and the front desk was helpful with answering all questions. I do believe that wi-fi should be free in the entire lobby & not just in one section.

Professional and efficient staff

it took us less than 2 minutes to check in. The shuttle to the airport the next day left promptly and the time stated and saved us quite a bit of money on cab fare.
