Given incorrect informationPosted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: The water park was great. Everyone in the party that was able to go enjoyed it.
Cons: I think Expedia needs to get more information or at least correct information on the locations they book.
It was not what we were told we would have. The hotel did compensate us for the error in what was promised. We thought we were getting three rooms together on the ground floor. The ground floor was the third floor and the rooms booked together were on floors 3, 7, and 12. We were told after having booked the rooms a month in advance the hotel couldn't do anything. We cancelled our rooms after the hotel they found us rooms near by. It turned out they hadn't found us rooms. We returned to the hotel and amazingly they had rooms at least on the same floor. It was frustrating since we were traveling from different cities with a handicap person in a wheelchair. I'm waiting to see if we get our refund from Expedia since supposedly we weren't charged for one room and given a discount rate on the other two.

DONT STAY HEREPosted Aug 18, 2014
At first glance from the parking lot - you can tell that this hotel is going to be dated. When I walked into the lobby - it appeared to be recently updated- so i thought oh maybe it wont be bad afterall. WRONG. I checked in and walked to the other side of the hotel for the elevator - it was very abandoned. The outdoor pool literally had weeds that were 4 feet tall surrounding the outdoor area. When I got off the elevator - it was about 90 degrees in the hallway and the stench of musky mildew hit me like a ton of bricks! I got into my room - which was not badly decorated but the stench was awful. I went to turn on the tv- and it didnt work. I called down to the front desk - it took over 10 minutes and 7 phone calls down to the front desk to get someone on the line- when I told them that the TV didnt work - she kept asking me what exactly I wanted her to do about it? I was stunned. I then asked to switch rooms and she told me that the hotel was sold out. Which was a blatant lie because there was literally 10 cars in the parking lot and the hotel looked like an abandoned hotel in a murder mystery movie. I slept with a scarf wrapped around my face to block out the smell of the room. in the morning i went to the business center to print my boarding pass and none of the computers worked- when I told the front desk she wasn't concerned at all and told me i could use the computer behind the desk to print my pass - so i guess this happens all the time. Grosse hotel!

In need of customer servicePosted Aug 17, 2014
This place could be a great family vacation spot but the cost does not match the room or service. Waiting over 30 minutes at the front desk for towels to go to water park while we watched staff call to order pizza. Having to call 3 times for extra blanket in a 2 and 1/2 time frame. Then breakfast in the morning with creamer the was curdled then not having any more or even milk on a Friday morning. When we arrived on Wednesday we could understand how empty this place was but by Friday we understood completely. Work on you customer service and this place could be great

Nice hotel, clean.Posted Jul 29, 2014
Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. We had 3 rooms total and all of them were great. Check in was a little slow, but not terrible. One room was missing a shower curtain, but it was replaced. Staff was friendly.

DisappointedPosted Jul 24, 2014
Room was worn with Damaged furniture and stained carpet and bedding. Pools were out of order and water park was not open. It was one of the cheaper hotels that looked and sounded nice on the internet but I was disappointed when I arrived.

Cover upPosted Jul 19, 2014
This hotel has undergone renos but it's mostly a cover up. An aging hotel and I'm disappointed with the price I paid to stay there.

RUN AWAY!!!Posted Jul 18, 2014
The building is crumbling, and the parking lot is filled with overgrown weeds. Please note: I did not pay and stay because I was told my CONFIRMED reservation had been cancelled. After overselling the rooms, General Manager Albert Bashir decided to put Expedia customers out on the street. I was appalled that the staff cancelled a confirmed reservation; however, I was even more shocked by the condition of the property. THIS HOTEL IS 1 STAR AT BEST!

Dingy on the inside!Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Cleanliness, functionality of elevators and ventilation system.
Location: Not sure.
Although the hotel looks chic on the outside, it is quite run down & dirty on the inside. Of three elevators, only one was in working order meaning we were forced to use the stairs with heavy bags. Our room was not clean, had not been vacuumed, and there was not enough linen for the number of registered guests. The crowning blow was that the AC was "locked" into position and was not at all adjustable so the room was extremely hot and stuffy despite a loud and laboring fan. None of us got any sleep that night! This is not a hotel we would recommend.
