“Best for meetings”

Great for meeting and a weekend getaway. Shopping for the wife close by, just needed more time.

“Classy Cincinnati”

Hotel was in a nice location close to interstates. Rooms and grounds very clean. Personnel was friendly, and helpful. Room was very nice with plenty of space. We had a King room with pullout couch. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast buffet at restaurant is very good. Beds were comfortable. Stay was great, will definitely go back.

Area recommendations

We went to Mason, Ohio to visit Kings Island. Park was great and only about 8 miles from this Hotel. Definitely a fun time. Food and drinks are a lot more expensive than when I was a kid. Must be getting old. lol

“Cincinnati's best hotel”

My wife and I have visited the Cincinnati area numerous times in the last 30 years but this was the first time we stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Blue Ash. We were both amazed! Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The hotel smelled fresh and clean, the rooms were large and clean, and the goose-down pad and pillows were so comfortable that we ordered the same brand for our home. Every morning we ate breakfast in a beautiful atrium area and were welcomed by a very attentive staff. They even remembered my wife had coffee right away and I had OJ. The bartender fixed us such wonderful margaritas we had them every night as a nightcap. I didn't even have to order them - he started preparing them the moment I approached the bar. This will be our specuial spot to stay on every future trip to the Cincinnati area.

Area recommendations

Check out the new restaurants in the West Chester area - especially don't miss Mitchell's Fish Market. For the best fusion cuisine in the city, go to Grande Finale in Glendale. For the best steak in town go to Carlo & Johnney's in Montogomery.

“Service Lacking”

The overall appearance of the hotel and room was nice; however, the service was much less than stellar. The bed linens were dirty...with obvious makeup on one pillow and something chunky and extremely gross on the other and what looked like a blood stain on the inner blanket. When the front desk staff was alerted, the man I spoke with never once offered an apology. He sent up extra pillow cases....that was it! The front desk had to be called three times to bring up items that housekeeping did not restock. Only two towels were left when four of us were staying in the room and the coffee was not restocked. Therefore, other than the unique pool, this hotel was the pits! The problems with service and cleanliness caused much aggravation. Upon checkout, they offered an apology with a very nonchalant attitude. My family and I will not be back.

Area recommendations

This hotel is not located in a laid-back neiborhood; however, it is very convienient to the interstate.

“What a nice atmosphere!”

I was only here overnight, but the room and facility was top-notch!! I've never slept on such soft sheets. Very comfortable and quiet. I will definitely stay here again!!

“Very Nice Hotel”

The hotel was nice, the pool area especially. The room was comfortable and clean, they could use an upgrade on the tv in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The surrounding neighborhood is nice, go west a short distance for resturants.

“Solitude in Cincinnati”

This hotels location is such that the parking lot is somewhat isolated from the general view of the street but in full view of the hotel lobby. Hotel noise is always an issue when i travel but not here. The room, hall, even the lobby was very peaceful and quiet. An immaculate room and a competent staff made this a very enjoyable stay. Almost didn't want to leave.
