Looking for a Dirty Room?
Posted Jan 15, 2013
Pros: It was inexpensive.
Cons: The beds were never remade. Cleaning could definitely be improved.
Location: There's a pool and plenty of restaurants.
Trying to get the best deal possible, I found Days Inn to be the least expensive. Little did I know, the package came with bugs, toe nail clippings all around the bed, patches all over the walls (apparently wall paper didn't want to stick to the wall, might be the water damage), floors were uneven, moldy bathrooms, and a horrible stench behind the beds. Also, the fridge had a terrible smell, and the dresser drawers were broken to the point they couldn't be used/opened.

This place is the worst!
Posted Jan 5, 2013
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
I arrived at 4 pm. I checked in and was given my key to room 111. I went to the room and the door was wide open and the housekeeping person Was still in there cleaning. So I went back to the front desk and was given another Room. It was room 322. I went to this room and it was a double bed room. One of the Beds didnt have a comforter and the room smelled HORRIBLE. They had stuffed the air Conditioning vent with dryer sheets, I'm assuming to try to cover up the smell. It didnt work!!! The bathroom was dirty. (Urine drips around the toilet seats ). And there were cigarette burns around the seat also. And to beat it all, the TV channels didnt come in clearly. They were fuzzy. After all of this, I had seen enough. I took a loss on the 50 bucks and left after about 2 hours. DO NOT GO HERE!! And on top of everything else, they advertise having a pool. It was covered by a tarp and looked like it hasn't been used in a long time.

pool closed on nice summer day
Posted Jan 24, 2013
The pool was closed on a beautiful afternoon where all I wanted to do was swim. Temperatures have been in the high eighties for well over a month. Unacceptable in my book..there wasn't any water in the pool.

Great but loud
Posted Jan 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great stay, but it's next to a bar and can get very loud. The heater was also broke, there was dirty hand prints in the bathroom on the wall. The light in the bathroom went out and started flickering terribly. The lights aren't in very good condition. The beds were very comfortable though and still was pleasant, even with all the bad things.

Very disturbing! No place for a rest or a family
Posted Jan 26, 2012
Pros: The low price did not make up for the inconveniences. I'm very surprised that this is a Day's Inn.
Cons: Lack of safety
Location: good
Very unpleasant!!! The first room had a broken door lock and someone with a male's voice tried to come inside The second room had no heat when temperatures were about 30 degrees outside The third room had limited hot water which contributed to a short cold shower The fourth room was locked at bedtime and upon awakening the door was found to be open and just secured by the security latch One night someone (female?) tried to come in during the night for a "freebe"

Roach Infested
Posted Jan 4, 2012 on Hotels.com
The motel was in a good place for our destination however, this is the 2nd time we have stayed there and this time was extremely awful. The staff at the check-in wasn't bad it was the rooms that they tried to put us in! We went to 3 diff. rooms before finding a desent room to it least be ok with. The rooms need t be updated and cleaned the 1st room was very disgusting as long with the 2nd room. Finally, the 3rd room was not as bad until a cock-roach was crawling acrossn the table. Went to front desk to show and complain and was givin a number to call corp. office (still haven't heard fom them) I will NEVER go to this hotel again it's called sleep in your car you would be better off!!!!

Disgusting dirty horrible, avoid like the plague!!

Pros: Waking up and knowing it was time to leave
Cons: Everything
Location: A lot further away from where we wanted but the local area around the hotel was actually quite nice in the end.
The staff were dreary and sad looking, the room was dreadful the carpet was moldy and smelt awful the lounge cushions did not fit the lounge and erupted in clouds of dust whenever touched even slightly the lighting outside the rooms was terrible with only one in every eight lights working. The fridge was on the floor in the corner and covered in a sticky substance and was completely unusable (there was a gaping hole in the sink cabinet which i presume is where the fridge should have been located) and the tap dripped all night. There were electrical extension cords draped around the benches for the tv and lamps to plug into and the shower/bathroom was in much the same condition and I was unable to even adjust the temperature of the water. The "breakfast" area consisted of a tiny area with 4 small tables pushed together and 4 chairs and the drink dispensers were broken. The floor of the lift (which surprisingly worked) was wet most of the time (I hope from people who had been swimming and not something more sinister). We have never stayed in such an awful place that we felt the need to drive to the gas station and buy bottled water because we didn't feel it would be safe to drink from the taps at the hotel and considered burning the clothes we slept in just to be safe. We were going to take photos but decided to just get the hell away from it as soon as possible.
