Terrible place to stay

Room was very dirty. I had to get cleaner and rags to clean the bathroom before using it. The phone was nasty I had to clean it before using it. Dirty socks under the bed. Cobwebs in the corners. Pool was dirty and opened two hours after it was supposed to. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Averagely disappointing

Cons: Hire a new maintenance man for the pool because the current employee is rude and unprofessional!
One member of the hotel maintenance staff was extremely rude to my boyfriend and I during our stay. Also, the general upkeep of the hotel was terrible, and the first floor had an odd smell.

There was an army of ants near the desk & chair. They got into everything near that area. I did not eat anything in the room during my one-night stay. But if you have food in the room, the ants can go all over the place. If you are the lucky one with no ants occupying your room, the place could be decent for its price.

Nightmare stay!

Cons: Offer extra washcloths and towels, pest control services, provide operable appliances
Location: Location okay.
Trying to forget my experience. My family slept with the lights on for fear of the roaches. We were denied extra washcloths and towels. Two washcloths and two towels were provided on arrival. After a long drive to Cincinnati from New Jersey, I needed to shower. That night I needed a shower at bedtime, in which I was forced to shower without a new washcloth. Refrigerator broken, iron was so black on the bottom it scorched my white capri pant set. Empty soda cans found underneath bed. And the tub was filthy with mold and mildew on shower curtain and around bathtub. If anybody cares thanks for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was a bit ran down. The staff was sweet and were very efficiant however I was afraid to step on the carpet and felt as though the toilet was going to fall through the floor. I guess you gwt what you pay for.

Pros: The location was perfect for my needs and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg.
Cons: The cleanliness should be a number one priority of the owners starting with the carpeting throughout the entire building.
Location: Depending on what and where you wanted to go or do, I thought it was centrally located for my needs.
The counter staff was very courteous, knew the area, knew the road system and how to get to where you wanted to go. The rooms are 'old' in the furnishings and could use an update. The cleanliness left something to be desired. For the price, I didn't expect more than what I got. The location is good in that you can get to just about anyplace from downtown Cincinnati to the far reaches of the county. There were adequate restaurants in the area. The 'breakfast' left a whole lot to be desired. I don't know for sure what I would call it, but it certainly was not adequate to be referred to as a 'free continental breakfast'.

Never again!

My grandson and I traveled from NC to watch a Red's game and was looking forward to our 2 night stay in Cincinnati. Upon arrival we had to excuse ourselves through the bar crowd that flowed into the parking lot. The night clerk was abrupt and seemed un- interested in what she was doing. The room had 1 working lamp out of 4 and stunk.. the floor (carpet) was so dirty and sticky I insisted my grandson not be categorized. I tried to get someone to fix the problem but was told I had to wait for someone to come in the morning. Spent hours trying to find somewhere else to stay but couldn't. A night mare ..My grandson said he would Never stay at a Day's Inn again. That makes 2 of us !!!
