Pros: Nothing that I can remember.
Cons: Tear it down and rebuild
Location: Location was great with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Kings Island only 4 miles distance.
Although there were few guests I was assigned a room on the second floor and I have difficulty with climbing stairs so all my luggage had to be carried up a flight of stairs. Stairwells were not marked and difficult to find.

This was one of the most poorly-maintained hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Lumpy pillows, a hole in the towel, badly-chipped finish on the bureau, paper-thin sheets...The coffee pot had neither a filter basket nor a pot. Really, it was awful. Yes, it was inexpensive and I didn't expect luxury, but these guys aren't even doing the bare minimum. On the plus side, the shower was decent.

Hotels.com did a great job for the price and reliability on their end of business. The hotel itself was maintained very poor from top to bottom on every issue that you can imagine. The service was bad, and their was many items in the room broken. The location to our destination was the only positive thing about the place.

Pros: Nice towels.
Cons: Most everything else.
Location: Lots of things to do in the area. Food choices were ok.
The room could have been cleaner. There were holes in the wall and the dresser and night stand had been broken. Continental breakfast consisted of bread and bagels to toast and juice and coffee. Room card wouldn't work on the second day and staff was not helpful or friendly.

The location was great! The hotel was somewhat to be desired. We had to wait 15 minutes at check in for someone to come to the front desk. Only one key card worked. The room was clean, but the bathroom was awful. Stains in the bathtub, shower rod falling down, and I don't think the toilet was fastened to the floor. It felt like it was going to tip over during use. Then check out was worse than check in. We just left the key cards on the counter while other people were waiting around. We will find another hotel next time.

I just needed a bed and refrigerator/microwave the night before a race. The beds were comfortable, but the walls were very thin. I heard kids running up and down the halls upstairs and people talking in the next room. At first I was put in a room without a fridge/microwave, but a simple call to the front desk and I was moved to a different room. The outside doors never locked so I didn't feel very safe. The carpet wasn't clean. I didn't have the continental breakfast but based on the area where it is served, I imagine it is very basic. The location was easily accessible to multiple restaurants and not right on the highway.

The room and the hallway had a very bad smell. There were dog feces in one of the entrances for 2 days. There were holes in the walls that had been patched but not painted. There was no alarm clock in the room. The ice machine on the second floor was not working. The housekeeper took the drinking glasses in the room and didn’t replace them. The room was not vacuumed the 3 days I was there. One bed was hard as a rock and the other one needed replaced. The AC didn’t work right.
