“I will stay here again.”

Very Impressed, I will stay again. I stayed 1 nite mid-July. Location, friendliness and knowledgeable staff, extremely clean first floor room, room was very quiet at all times during my 16 hour stay, only eating place in walking distance is Outback, but Perkins is 2 minute drive away. Great recliner with footrest. Great lighting throughout, especially great lighting in bathroom (with super-extra-large Mirror.) Shower/bathroom had super large amounts of very hot water available. full-size refrigerator, sink, and 2 burner stove all worked extremely well. TV remote and clock radio worked perfectly. Only 1 minor complaint, the mattress you sleep on is very Average in comfort-level. ( Sheets and comforter was older, but was very clean and neat...no holes, not smelly) I will definitely stay here again.

“Relaxing”

Very quiet and peaceful.Relaxing, The bed was so comfortable, pillows perfect for me.

“No daily maid service.”

We had a room with a king size bed and the room we were given had an air conditioner that was not cooling properly. We asked to be transferred to another room and we were given another room. The air conditioner worked splendidly. ( temperatures in greater Cincinnati were in excess of 100 degrees) We had not realized that there was no desk clerk between 11 p.m. And 7 a.m. We wanted to get some clean towels after midnight but could not get them until the desk opened in the morning. Also they do not do daily cleaning of the rooms for guests staying more than one night. Other than those issues, the stay was fine.

“As Advertised ...”

The hotel was as advertised ... it is an extended stay - no frills kind of place. The staff was accommodating, especially when our air conditioner quit cooling on a 100 degree day. They allowed us to move into another room, which we really appreciated. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, two cooktop burners and a toaster. There are a few plates, cups, pots and pans and a limited amount of silverware. The tub in our bathroom was in need of replacing, and there was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. If you're looking for a place to stay where you will not need daily maid service (not provided) and you don't care about the extras (fancy soaps, shampoos) and a pool or exercise facility, you can't go wrong with the Extended Stay.

“Not bad at all”

I would have like to have had more pillows on bed for comfort and the bed was small, if the beds were better things would have been fine. For the price it was nice, staff friendly,

We were issued a room that was supposed to be "non-smoking" and the room had an odor. The receptionist quickly found us another room. This room had a odor but not as bad as the other room. The room needed a few minor repairs with the carpet trim, but all in all this facility served our needs.

“OK for the money”

Booked through Expedia and got a decent room rate, so can't really complain about value received for the money spent. However, I arrived on one of the first unseasonably cool evenings and when I turned on the heater, the room filled with smoke and fumes, setting off the smoke detector. I assume this was repaired after I checked out, as it truly was a fire hazard. Also, I will say that the manager of the hotel showed great professionalism by contacting me after my stay and apologizing for this inconvenience. This will probably make me consider giving the place another try - not many places of this caliber would have taken time to follow up with a guest as this manager did.

“Clean & inexpensive but no sound proofing. Won't go back - too noisy.”

Room was clean, had good linens & towels, had bare essentials - just as we expected. The problem was not with the room but with the noise outside. Every time a door closed down the exterior walkway, we heard it. Every conversation held on the walkway was as if they were standing right outside our door (& they weren't!). Plus, we heard every footstep in the room above us. It just wasn't sound proofed at all. The room was fine but won't stay again due to the noise level.

“Not worth the discounted price”

The bed was as hard as the floor, the pillows were lumpy at best, you could see daylight through the exterior door, the shower didn't drain properly so you ended up with a bath and a shower at the same time. When we arrived, we didn't get there during "office hours" so someone had left a key with the cleaning lady to check us in, we got there she was unsure of what to do so she photo copied my credit card (which the room was already paid for) and didnt tell me which room I was in, so I of course had to ask since it wasn't on the room key either... I was less than impressed and will not be revisiting this hotel.
