“"excellent"”

Great place to take the kids. Excellent service. They go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as they can. Little high on the price. If you have kids this is the place.

Area recommendations

Mason, Ohio. Hotels are all conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Located next to I-71 and 275, minutes to downtown Cincinnati.

“Wish we could go back this weekend!!”

My family and I LOVE Great Wolf Lodge!! This was our 3rd trip and we can't wait to GO BACK!! We went with another family so there was 8 of us. Our first rm had an air conditioning problem, but they quickly switched rooms for us and were very quick and courteous. I can't say enough about how great this place is. I only wish we they offered season passes and that it was cheaper or that they offered my incentives to return guests!!! You will not regret taking your family to the Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, Ohio!

Mason is a great city and is very safe and clean.

Family-friendly activities

They have so many activities that we couldn't do them all in 2 days. It is just as magical as it seems in the pictures. The best time to go is around Christmas as they have fake snow falling in the lobby and snowflakes everywhere. The story time is darling, the magiquest game is totally worth the money and the arcade is so cool. I don't even like arcades and had a ball in there! They have cub club for little ones and so much to do. It's like an indoor disney world.

“Planning next years trip with all the kids and grandkids”

My whole family had a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge. My teenage boys enjoyed the in-door water park at the Lodge better than the local water park right next door. We are planning on coming back next year with the rest of our kids and grandkids. The food at the lodge was wonderful and all of the staff there were very helpful and nice. The location was great as it was local to other attractions that we visited while there. Thank you for a great vacation and we look forward to our next trip.

Area recommendations

The Mason area has just about everything you can want or need and if not then other things we visited were within a half hours drive.

Family-friendly activities

Dave and Busters is where we went to eat and play in the arcade. It was fun for all of us from adults to teenagers and the food was great. Having Kings Island within walking distance was great with teenagers. We all went one day and then the kids went alone another day while the adults went to the aquarium just over the river into Kentucky.

“We took 4 kids all 12 years old and it could not have been any better. We loved it.”

I am a 70 year old grandma and great grandma and I rode every one of the inside tunnel rides - It was a once in a lifetime experience. Had a ball.

“Exceptional FUN”

A couple of the reviews scared me to death, esp the one about the odors! We saw nothing out of order or place, nor any odors to deal with..the staff was wonderful and the waterpark turns adults into big kids! It is so much fun! Cannot wait to get to go back to this place!!

“Once was more than enough. Don't waste your $”

The hotel was not what we expected as far as activities. We expected the pool area to be bigger. We went to do activities in the hotel and everything was so overpriced including the meals. It was $10 for a kids meal. That is absolutely rediculous! The arcade cost 2-4 tokens per game. Our children got 90 tickets each. It was 80 tickets for a ring pop.
