The room seemed clean and suited us just fine for our 1 night stay. However, the 3 employees we had to deal with while at this hotel are the exact reason we will not be back. All 3 of them acted like we were a nuisance, the woman that checked us in seemed bothered about having to do so, we called to ask a simple question about wifi and the person that answered the phone sighed before answering our question, and then when we left in the morning all I wanted to do was hand the keycards to someone and I was glared at...goodness, I'm just trying to leave so I'm no longer a nuisance to you and that was even difficult. Just awful customer service.
In comparison, we had stayed at a Tru by Hilton just the night before and it was like night and day, plenty of smiles and is there anything else we can help you with type assistance, amazing place...Hampton Inn, nope, never again.
