Upon arrival, parking was very easy. Did not have to pay for parking which was nice. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and friendly! She checked us in very quickly and efficiently. She explained everything very well. She answered all my questions that I had. We were told about the construction going on as well. That didn't bother us at all. The room we had was clean and very spacious. I loved the walk in shower! As one does, I made sure to check the room before bringing any personal belongings in. The room was cleaned well. The view from the room was beautiful! I'm sure from the top floor it is an even more beautiful view. We were also able to see our car from the room which I liked. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. The pool area was clean and well kept up on. The pool was a good temperature. The only issue I'd say for the pool is more towels need put out. There were multiple guests swimming but only 4 towels available. We were not disturbed and it was quiet which was nice. Breakfast was very good. The cinnamon rolls are a hit! So yummy. The only thing that was a little questionable were the scrambled eggs. Plenty of seating for everyone. The staff were kind! Checkout was quick and easy. They charge a $20 fee to your card when you check in but as long as you do not damage anything or leave a mess it falls off your account quickly! Overall the stay was very nice. Highly reccomend!

The staff was amazing. The pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was great. Glad to see they were doing some updating. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here! Guest Services were very very welcoming! We needed additional towels due to the size of our family and after calling down they were brought up within minutes. The only thing that could use improvement was the temperature of the pool. My kids and husband complained of it being cold! But other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

This property was under construction. The River View was not available as the top floors were under construction. The construction workers were respectful and courteous. The hotel was dirty as a result of being under construction. If we had known in advance we wouldn’t have stayed there.

We came slightly out of the way to stay here just for the cinnamon rolls at breakfast time. We had heard the hype about them and they did not disappoint. The room was comfortable and will return when in the area.

Location was great. I went to ask for sheets because the bed was not clean. The bed had lots of pubic and long hairs, what looked like food crumbs, and yellow hard stain. I took pics but thought it was pointless to show because i asked for sheets.

Staff and service was very friendly. Hotel vicinity was not good at all. The name of the hotel with the word ‘Riverfront’ is technically correct but misleading. All I saw a big concrete wall on river front side. Riverfront may be visible from some top floor rooms. We booked the room, hoping to see the river from our room but we were not lucky enough. The breakfast was also kind of average, nothing exciting.
