Mildew smell possibly from shower curtain. Also, AC unit not effecient in removing humidity from the room. There was a loose tile in the bathroom floor. Room not up to Hampton Inn standards.

Pros: The staff was very helpful. Parking was always easy. Breakfast bar was excellent.
Cons: Maintenance staff or maids need to test systems to make sure they are working properly. Bathtub drains, heating and cooling systems, etc.
Location: Hotel was convenient for what we were doing. Close to Kings Island and Zoo, where we were going.
We stayed for two nights. The A/C could not be controlled very well. We kept adjusting, but it was either freezing cold or stuffy, no matter how we adjusted. The maid staff did a nice job. The bathtub drain was so clogged that by the time you finished your shower, you were standing in 6 inches of water. The breakfast area was excellent and the guy running it was very helpful and friendly.

Location: It was about 8 miles from Kings Island and Outlet stores were about 12 miles away.
I found this hotel through Trivago and booked it with Expedia, although it gave me a smoking room. I had to suffer the smoke smell and I could smell it on my clothes the next day; they had no more rooms left. Other than my luck, the hotel was very clean. and they had the best breakfast from cereal, fruits, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, scramble eggs (pre-package), potato tots, could make your own waffle, muffins, bagels, coffee and a variety of creamers, and juice. It was impressive.

The hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke. It was horrible. Hotel staff would not move us yo a different room. They stated that all of their rooms smelled like cigarettes. When we went to bed, the sheets and comforter were damp. A very unpleasant stay.

Location: The location was convenient to the places that we planned to visit.........aquarium, museum, restaraunts, shopping.
Was there for a weekend getaway, we were greeted by a friendly staff, the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, something there for everyone to enjoy.....children and adults.

Location: Close to the offices where I had an appointment. Several restaurants within a mile.
All of the staff was both nice and efficient. Recommend and will stay here again.

Last minute winter weather had us making a quick reservation to attend my sons Graduation at UC. Hotel is very convenient, clean, warm, great breakfast and the night manager was extremely kind!! Would definitely stay there again!!

Had another great experience at a Hampton Inn. Great front desk with directions for places we needed to be; nice room w/ wonderful sheets! love that you can pull the drapes fully closed and block the light: thank you Hampton for that nice touch for those of us who have difficulty sleeping in lighted places. thanks also for decent breakfast that had choices even for my gluten free teen. Great service, decent price. good value; we will be calling again!!
