i paid 266.00 and it wasn’t worth that. The pool sides were slimy, that was the main reason I took the kids, to swim. It was dirty. Rooms needed update. I could have gone to great wolf lodge for an extra 50.00

Our room was huge, but the hotel is definitely in need of a refresh. The paint was peeling, the stove and fridge had rust, there was only like 1 plate and a fork in the ‘kitchen’. On a good note, bed and pillows were super comfy.

The room was gross. Questionable stains on the arm of the sofa and bed cover. I’ll spare you the details), but looked as though it hadn’t been there long. Damaged walls. Strong smell of marijuana upon entering lobby and on my floor.

Nice property. Very minimal staff. Promoted as having "Free Breakfast - waffles, juice, etc." but there was no breakfast at all. Coffee & microwave in room. Close to other food choices. Excellent parking. Tiny elevator.

From the lizard in our room, to the amount of damages that made our room unpleasant to stay in…. The issues didn’t stop. Broken elevator door, not being charged correctly and being told we needed to check out before our stay had ended. We will not be back.

The staff wasn't friendly. Every time you ask a question they give you an unfriendly answer with no smile. I was going to the pool with my grandkids & asked for towels they said just a minute but housekeeping came in and looked at the rack where the towels should be & never came back. We were in the pool for an hour so we walked back to our room soaked & dripping water. Room was simi clean but questionable. There wasn't a fresh smell anywhere. With a hint of closed up musty like they should open the windowa in the pty rooms during the day to air dry the room or something. I personally will never stay there again

When i asked for more towels i was told no your room comes with two towels and two wash rags no need for extras. Then i was also charged for smoking in the room when i checked i told them it smelled like cigarettes no other rooms were available as i was told i kept the room. On top of that we came just to swim and didn’t even stay at the room i would not recommend this hotel

A soundproof window would have really been a nice addition to the room. There are enough railroad lines and activity often enough to be noticeable. The room was good enough that I would stay there again if I needed to.

Very nice overall.
It was a very good no-frills experience for the value. We were very pleased. Nice location. The room was very nice and in very good condition. The breakfast was excellent, even though the dining space was somewhat limited for the number of people trying to use it. Lots and lots of little kids. But it’s all good.

Nice for what we needed
This was a local get-away weekend with my spouse. We wanted to stay in the area, but not at our house. The room was much larger than we expected. It had a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. We had plenty of activities throughout the day, so we were really only in the room to sleep or change clothes between events. We both slept well in the bed. It could have had more overhead lighting, and there was no working vent in the bathroom.

Ruined Honeymoon
There was a funny smell in our hallway/room, wallpaper was peeling off the walls (even ripped in some spots), huge crusty stain on the bottom of the couch, the shower curtain was too short so when you showered it soaked the bathroom floors and then when you ask for more towels they question you about it, they state that guests must control their kids or will be removed yet the staff allowed numerous children to be running up and down the halls at all hours of the day/night, the pool room was felt like a sauna and smelled horrible. It's very "ghetto" and not at all like the pictures show. Definitely would have chose differently for our Honeymoon if I didn't already pay for it...
