“Not impressed”

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom still had the used soap from the previous guest in the shower along with a razor. Under the toilet seat was not clean. And the room looked like it had not been vaccumed. The room was dusty, and had a smell of musk to it. I bought room freshner to help with the smell, and I bought sanitizer to deal with the bath room myself. I could have complained and have been put in another room, but I couldn't be sure it would be clean enough for my sandards. So I just sucked it up and cleaned it myself. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a small refrigerator and micro-wave along with coffee maker in the room. But the glasses and coffee mugs were dirty, the free coffee they left was 2 decaf, and there was no stirring sticks or spoons to stir the coffee.

When to go

I visit my family in the fall. The leaves turning colors are beautiful.

“Mostly satisfied”

Great location with tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very nice and clean. I gave it a "3" for comfort, however, because the mattress was so hard, it was like sleeping on a brick. There was a dial to adjust the firmness of the mattress, but even on the softest setting, it was as hard as a rock!

“Nice place to spend a weekend!”

Clean, modern hotel in a safe and convenient neighborhood. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Really nice indoor pool and hot tub for relaxing time. Food and drinks are a little pricey in the hotel, but there are many options within a few blocks. Definitely would stay there again.

“Better than most”

If you happen to be going to the Mason / northern Cincinnati Ohio area this is one of the better options. newly constructed, comfortable rooms, has a bar in the lobby and the wi if is free.

“Very nice!”

Loved this hotel overall. The only exception to my love was the bed - that was a like, only because I couldn't get the setting to be quite right. We have a Sleep Number at home, expected it to be like that. It was more like a combination between that and a Tempurpedic. And I didn't care for having to get off the bed to change the setting, then having to stay off it for five minutes while it adjusted. I finally gave up on that game and just made do with it. If I'd stayed there before and already knew the right setting for me, it probably would have been a fabulous bed!

“Very satisfied!”

Was very satisfied with our stay at The Hilton Garden Inn. We were visiting Kings Island. It was very close to the park and had all the accommodations we needed. The surrounding area was convenient and very nice as well. Will be back next year definitely!

“Nice stay but a few negatives”

The Hilton Garden Inn is a clean, comfortable hotel in a nice location near interstate 71. There are a few negatives. The first one being the pool. The pool and jacuzzi arn't very big. I was looking forward to swimming in the pool, but there were too many people and too little room to get around. Also, the doors in the hotel shut very hard. They are hard to pull open and they tend to slam when people shut them because of the suction. Other than that we had a great stay. The king size bed is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

“We felt like we owned the place!”

We were greeted with exceptional staff who were eager to please. Recommendations for local BBQ and entertainment were right on target. We all love ice-cream and enjoyed Graeters (right next door). Two out of the 3 of us did not like firm beds, but I slept very comfortably. The pool facilities were clean and quiet due to a commercial water park less than 5 miles away. Overall, we all had a great stay and would return on subsequent visits to Cinci!

Dining

We were directed to a 5 star BBQ (Jim Dandy's) that did not impose a dress code. We had the best BBQ Cinci could offer in a country, family-friendly atmosphere. The portions were substantial enough to allow my boys left-overs for later......The staff treated you like family and provided outstanding service!

“Great new hotel!”

We enjoyed staying there for one night, my wife is picky when it comes to hotels and she really enjoyed it since I didn't tell the family I reserved the room, I just drove them there! My only problem was the free WiFi, we did not have any problem connecting with laptop, but the connecting page was not set for mobile. (iphone and ipod) so it was hard inputting the information in right place! I am sure it will be fix soon!
