For a Hilton and paying as much as I did for this room, I was very unsatisfied. This place is run down , the room was filthy dirty ,hair and dirt everywhere. No visible bugs but definitely signs of them(blood spotted pillows) .the staff is very unprofessional and unorganized . They say breakfast is included and then charge you an extra $20 to your room per person.They also don’t tell you about a $25 hold that they have on your credit card for two weeks. lots of secret fees…Would not recommend.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I did not like that the description said bathtubs in all rooms, but that was not the case when we showed up. Room service had to be requested and that was not clear at check-in and when requested it never happened.

Pretty sure the bathroom wasn't cleaning before we got there - the glass doors hadn't been cleaned in weeks. One of the sliding glass shower doors wouldn't open and the wouldn't stay fully closed. The sofa bed wouldn't expend fully because the heat/AC was in the way. I had to pull it from the wall and move it diagonal across the room. The pool, fitness and all other common areas were clean and the check in/out staff and server were very friendly and helpful.

Not enough light in the room and the chair at the desk had something on the seat like a large patch of dried glue or clear nail polish. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Check your room before you unack
Our room was not clean. There was dust on all the ledges including above the bed and even on the coffee pot. Bed was comfortable but the sheet had a stain on it. Bathroom did not feel clean at all. Hair was left in the shower and sink from previous tenant. No free breakfast and with the price of the room I would expect free breakfast.

It is close to where I am heading. Christian Waldschmidt Homestead- less than 10-minute drive from this property. includes breakfast. I have stayed here several times over the past five years, sometimes alone, sometimes with a companion.

Not a happy camper ...
Reservations were unable to add another night to a current reservation. Didn't know how ... Reservations said they only had one room available ... the parking lot was nearly empty ... Very noisy room ... air conditioner clearly had not been maintained in a while. Moved to another room ... it was better

Some of the staff were extremely nice and friendly. The rooms were very clean when we first arrived. The only thing that I did not like about the room was that there is not enough lighting.

This property is clean and well-kept. The property is close enough to everything you want to do in Cincinatti without being in the midst of all the traffic and hustle. The availability of a hot, cook-to-order breakfast for a great price each morning is a huge value for dollar alone. The staff is friendly and efficient. Check in went well but upon arrival to our room we found that the bed was made but the sheets were not changed from the previous occupants. We found a housekeeping person that changed them for us. On the following day we left early and returned late to find that the bed had not been made and all of the used wet towels were still on the floor. I had to get clean linens at the front desk. Nothing had been cleaned. The hotel itself was very clean. The bed was comfy. Staff was courteous.

Loved this hotel! The facility was super clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly. They had a hot breakfast available for $12 and it was excellent!
