Pros: The hotel was very clean and safe.
Cons: Bigger workout space. At least more mats and an area to do a core workout.
Location: Nice shopping mall and plenty of food choices within minutes.
I was in town on business. Very nice clean hotel and within 20 minutes of the downtown. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay. Room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was fantastic. My wife and I stayed three nights and have nothing to complain about. Would recommend it.

Top notch property. Would expect to pay much morePosted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: The hotel was new, modern and very clean. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24 hours. Cookies sometimes too...and they are amazing. Brkfst/dinner at cost.
Cons: I found everything to be excellent.
Location: Bob Evans, Big Boy, Ruby Tuesday and Waffle house can be seen from the hotel.
The staff couldn't have been any more friendly and helpful.

I think the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay. The front sitting area was a little on the dark side but otherwise was comfortable. Would have appreciated having shuttle service to outside restaurants because I did not have a vehicle and the hotel is out of the way. Constance

Staff are amazing!Posted Jan 10, 2015
We recently stayed here for the funeral of my Uncle. The staff was outstanding. They allowed us an early check in. The manager was also very kind at expressing his condolence. When we got back, we stopped in the lobby and enjoyed a beverage in front of the lobby fire. Sleep number bed ensured a comfortable night sleep. The shower was good and hot with nice water pressure. Breakfast with a few was tasty. We would stay here again.

Hotel and room were basic but clean. Booking website did not advise that the pool and exercise room were closed for repair and renovation. These were important considerations for me when I made the reservation. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Frigid TVPosted Nov 25, 2014 on Hotels.com
The first thing I do when I enter a hotel room is turn on the TV. Mostly for background noise, but sometimes to actually watch. The TV in this hotel was a fairly new flat-screen model, but when I clicked the remote nothing happened. I reached for the power button on the side, and still nothing. I pressed harder, held it longer, and finally it came on. But then I couldn't get a screen to appear beyond the startup screen. I pressed every button on the remote, on the actual TV and finally gave up. I called the front desk for help and they promptly sent someone up. He fiddled with it for a couple minutes and got it working and when I asked what he did, he said "Oh you just have to let it warm up". Seriously? Is this 1950? Since when does a new, flatscreen TV need to "warm up"? I stay in 50+ hotels in a year's time, and I have never encountered this oddity. I was afraid to turn off the TV, for fear it might not come back on, and then I would be subjected to a hotel room of silence and/or random other guest's noises. Other than this strange encounter with the frigid TV, this hotel was a nice place to stay for my business trip of one night.
