“Holiday Inn West Chester”

This is always a great hotel to stay! The staff is very friendly and especially the nice lady who runs the breakfast buffet! It is a place where my husband and I like to return when we go to Cincinnati! The jacuzzi rooms are very nice, and they even serve warm cookies in the evenings!

“West Chester Holiday Inn Express”

I really liked this hotel. The staff was nice, the room was clean. I stayed in a room with a jaccuzi. It was a little smaller room than I was expecting but I figured that was because of the jaccuzi. I wasn't very impressed with the jaccuzi, itself. I wouldn't stay in this type of room again, but I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I travel to the Cincinnati area. I just didn't feel like the jaccuzi was worth the extra money I had to pay for this room. The hotel was located perfectly for what I was doing on vacation. It was right off the highway, easy to find, easy access to and from the parking lot. If you want a clean hotel with a friendly, helpful staff I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

“Clean and Quiet”

Very Impressed overall, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Room located on the bottom floor but it was very quiet throughout the night even with the breakfast room / lobby just down the hall. Very impressed with the free breakfast, coffee was good, pancakes were fun, lots of variety. Staff was extremely pleasant and courteous

“Customer service the way it should be”

Let me make this short. If you are in the area stay here. I am a musician and am very well traveled this place stands out with customer service way above some five stars I have stayed at. They couldnt do enough to help and accomidate me. They had a whirlpool room available and upgraded me to it for free. (See it never hurts to ask) They had free snacks and fruit in the afternoon and eve and it was just a great staff. The maintenence man was outstanding and friendly at the counter when I checked in. It was just a great and friendly stay they have really raised the bar at this place. Very good stay. Tim

“Close to Ikea, Outlet Mall and Cincinnati Reds Stadium. Will stay again”

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived around 2:00pm - instead of a King bed, we took a Queen. Was not stocked with towels or soap and the remote to the tv wasn't there. Once I went to the main desk and got these items, everything went well.

“IKEA bound”

I was extremely impressed with this hotel from the minute of check-in. Patrice, the general manager, was VERY personable and helpful. She brought a smile to my face. The room was very clean, the hotel was extremely well-kept. We were even surprised to find a manager's welcome from 5-7. Very generous with food and beverages. The hot breakfast in the morning was AWESOME! Best I have ever had at a hotel! My ONLY complaint is the staff the morning of check-out (not Patrice) were SMOKING right outside the front doors. So you pull up to the hotel and the first thing you see is the front desk clerk and 4 other people SMOKING!! What a huge turn-off. If this would have happened when we arrived, I would have been very disappointed. If they are going to smoke, they need to be at the BACK of the hotel where there are NO doors. Come on people, not everyone LOVES the smell and fumes of cigs!!! Besides that one small fact, I was very impressed and will tell all my friends going to the cincy outlets and IKEA, to stay here!!

“Great stay!”

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Great value for the $. The staff was very friendly and courteous. And the breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again when in the West Chester area.

“Top-rated in our book”

Really one of the very best, aside from Fox News going 24/7 in the breakfast nook, but some folks like that. Check in was a little slow, but understandable. Bed was COMFORTABLE, no sore back, love that they were queen size. Kids loved the pool, bathroom was spotless, no drooping wallpaper anywhere, short hop to Kings Island. It was the cheapest, and the best.
