It was very nice. The breakfast had many choices. The staff was friendly. We needed extra towels and it wasn't a problem at all to get them.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Express Holiday Inn. The clerks were very helpful and courteous. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast the next morning was great! It was later in the day, and I needed some skim milk so I could take some medicine. It was the peak of rush-hour with no convenience store convenient to the motel's location. I asked the desk clerks where the most accessible convenience store was. They offered to unlock the breakfast supply cooler and give me two single servings of skim milk, and I gladly accepted. May all your motels have desk clerks like these two young ladies. Thanks!

“Great Staff and clean room”

The staff was all so friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and smelled very nice. I wish is could find employees that are as pleasant as the ones here. The breakfast bar was great!

“Nice Hotel and very nice staff.”

The staff was very nice on check in. I had made a mistake and booked a smoking room and they were very nice and gave us a non-smoking room. The first night was great. The second night was not so nice, but it wasn't their fault. A wedding party came in around 12:45am just when I had turned off the light. They were very loud and had been drinking way too much. We tried to ask them to lower the noise level and I know that the front dest did also (many times). When we checked out the next morning we were not charged for that nights stay. I will go back the next time I am in cincinnati.

“surprisingly comfortable”

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC was on when we arrived, so we didn't have to wait for the room to cool down. One reason we chose this hotel is that they allow pets, and no one blinked an eye when my sister brought her dog in. I thought the price was a little steep- the hotel is in a commercial area and not particularly attractive from the outside.

“Good Hotel for a Business stay”

Was a good Hotel for me because it was close to the company I was visiting. It was clean and I got a good nights sleep. The eggs at breakfast were not very good but the rest of the meal was fine. Staff was friendly and cordial. I would stay there again.

My room was comfortable and quiet, every need met. Breakfast buffet good, everything anyone would want ---- and clean. Staff at front desk very nice and friendly, helpful.
