Booking thru EXPEDIA

I will never book thru your agency again and I'll also make sure to tell everyone I know NOT to use your services. When I booked our stay, I had no idea I would also pay an additional $31.07 to simply use your services. Upon checking out of our hotel, I received the check-out invoice and saw there was a $31.07 difference. When I called to inquire, I was told Expedia charges a fee to book hotel rooms. I also inquired about the "non-refundable" notice on my statement... You all are a sham and I'll make sure to spread the word. Please remove my contact information as I want nothing else to do with your services...

Stay in Blue Ash

Overall the stay was good. I was disappointed with the quality of the food served at breakfast. It was far below the quality of other Holiday Inn Express locations I've stayed at. Plus the heater in the room must have had something wrong with its thermostat as we could not get a comfortable temperature at night.

The staff are kind but not as much as in other Holidays. The breakfast is below the Holiday's standards A little isolated. Not a a bad option at all.

Slept great but the room wasn't that great. The bed creaked, the Whirlpool tub had a ugly patch job, the paint on the walls was inconsistent. There wasn't a safe in the room for valuables and when I asked about the lockers mentioned in the room's guide I was told 'I think they used to have those'.

Tired, old hotel needs remodel.

This is the kind of hotel where you need to wear socks when walking in the room. Hotel staff is nice. But the owner needs to remodel. Not a good hotel for the brand.

Nice hotel just outside of town

Pros: This survey does not give you room to write improvements below . Older person would have a hard time balancing their plate for breakfast .
Cons: The breakfast area is smaller than other HIE I have stayed in and there is no extra counter space to set you plate down while getting you meal .
Stayed for 3 nights while visiting my uncle. Hotel was always clean and easy parking .

Next time you are in town, There would definitely be more space and the breakfast area would be more interactive and remodeled

Awesome Sauce!

This hotel was fantastic! I got in late on Tuesday night - having had an awful hotel experience the night before ("non-smoking hotel that smelled like they were hosting the national chain smoking convention) and to come to the Holiday Inn, was so refreshing and relaxing - not to mention the toiletries smelled great!

Nice hotel close to Kings Island

I thought this was a fine place to stay. The bed was really comfortable, choice of pillows was a nice addition. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had. The room felt kind of dated: old paint, old carpet, stains on the wall and carpet. The air conditioner was just ok. All in all I would stay there again!
