“Pleasant stay at a nice hotel”

This hotel was easy to find and right off the freeway, making it easy to get around in the area. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making sure everything was ok with our room after we checked in. There was a good selection on the breakfast buffet with hot and cold items, and the food was much better than most hotels we have stayed at. The room was very clean and quiet during our stay. Overall, the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. We were satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again!

“Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Very customer focus”

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, willing to bend the rules on the pool times. Helpful with directions to varies sites of interest, suggestions on places to eat. The hotel offered a wide variety of food for breakfast, including hot items.

“Last minute wedding accomodations”

My grandaughter and I made last minute accomodations to attend my niece's wedding in Cincinnati. Having a refrigerator and microwave made it wonderful for the cake and other food from the reception. We had two beds queen size beds that were really comfortable not to mention the four pillows on each. The morning breakfast had lots of variety in a very comfortable setting. We did'nt have time to swim but the indoor pool appeared very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

“Modern Hotel with excellent rooms and service!”

We stayed here for a weekend get-a-way. It was located 15 miles or so from "The Beach" waterpark. Great hotel. No complaints at all. We had a 2 room suite. It was roomy and very comfortable. Both rooms (living room and bedroom) had flat screen tv's and cable. Bed was very comfortable and the sofa bed seem brand new (not worn at all). We didn't eat the breakfast, but I heard it was good. If you need a hotel not too far from Kings Island, the Beach waterpark, or anything else in that area. This hotel is not far away and is cheaper than the others. Overall, we were really pleased with this hotel and wouldn't change a thing.

Just a very clean, comfortable place. The front desk associates were very nice as well.

“Good value, good location”

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was quiet and well run. The immediate surrounding neighborhood had a few closed restaurants,but was still nice. Very near beautiful, historic Glendale, but easy access to interstate.

“Nice stay.”

Overall nice and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast, though on our Saturday morning part of the stay,it was extremely busy and the food items were low at every station, or gone altogether. Pool area was nice and clean, rooms were comfortable and service was prompt and friendly. I would stay here again.

“Good, but could be better.”

The issues were all related to the bathroom. It wasn't completely clean when we entered (there were hairs in the bathtub). There was also a point where the toilet was mysteriously leaking from an unknown location. There was a puddle on the floor. Other than that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was very good and there was plenty to go around, even when we went down 20 minutes before they stopped serving.

Was a nice room, whirlpool tub kind of small but did the job. my wife and i go to a lot of hotels . would stay again if our regular hotel we stay at was full. That it is what happened on this occasion

“OK - But Make Sure No Large Groups Are Booked”

This hotel was just fine for our purpose -- a place to sleep. It's a well-worn hotel in an well-worn commercial area right off I-75. My only real complaint is that the hotel was totally unprepared to handle the two large church youth groups that were staying there. The kids overwhelmed the breakfast buffet, rooms weren't getting cleaned until early evening (7pm one night), and it was hard to get help from the front desk as only one person was on duty at any given time. Our smoke detector started beeping and the kid at the front desk couldn't get a battery for it because the batteries were locked in someone's office. When I mentioned all this to one front desk clerk, he said, "I called and asked for some help and they said 'If you can't take care of things, we'll find someone who can.'" Nice.
