The road noise is loud. For parking, there weren’t enough cameras in the back lot to make me feel safe to leave my vehicle there, making it inconvenient to get to my room. I liked the location proximity to my destination and the staff was very friendly.

Three different rooms! 1. Someone was already in the room 2.Moldy room 3. Broken chain, bed, while clean not finished! 4. Breakfest was good, but don’t try and take your coffee cup upstairs, serious issue Just recommend that maybe you should stay somewhere else! Will work in a pinch but not the best

Terrific Holiday Inn
Fantastic! It's an older hotel, but I've stayed there around Christmas every year fo about 5yrs now...sometimes with extended family, sometimes with just my kiddos...regardless, each time the service was impeccable, and the accommodations were top notch. Love the flexibility of a regular room up through a two bedroom suite. I've stayed in each variety, and they're all great. Staff has always accommodated any special requests with ease and aplomb.

Not worth the price.
Out dated tvs with no workinv HDMI ports and dirty bathrooms with no ventilation. All guests did no have any common curiosity and kept slamming doors and running around the hallways. You should probably invest in a security enforcement officer for night and day shift. 2/10 would not come back here. Staff were over all super helpful and friendly.

Property was easy to find, check in was great and front staff was so nice. Lots of restaurants close by and right beside the mall. Dog friendly and you can tell they put effort in to keep the place clean.

King suite
We got a king suite, and it was a very nice room. The only issue is there was a small square cut out of the carpet between the bedroom and living room. Not a huge deal but when you pay almost $300 for a night, you expect the best and nicest room available.

We left this hotel in the middle of the night due to the bed feeling like a sheet of plywood. I’ve never had a bed before that I just absolutely couldn’t sleep on. Our friends had a room as well and they said their bed was okay, I guess it just depends where they put you.
