Read reviews before booking please. I am a college student and needed a place, cheap for one night. This place immediately popped out. Booked it 2 months in advances, one queen bed room. 2 months later (now) I arrive with my girlfriend. My first red flags should have been the parking lot was completely empty. You walk in and immediately smell smoke even though you aren’t supposed to smoke. We talk to a lady named Sal. She was nice but was on FaceTime when we walked in ( probably not expecting business ).We try and check in and the lady says that they do not have the room that I booked available and that I have to go to a double queen bed room with an up-charge of 20 dollars (in cash). Did not want to argue and just wanted to get to my room so I paid it .We get are room key and go check out the room. NASTY AS HELL. We check out the bathroom and there is mold on the sink and shower. Counters were not wiped. Dead bug between the beds, stains on both beds, and an immediate electrical hazard with a missing smoke detector. You can see through the hole and grab any conductor up there you want (someone should report this). Receptacles with chipped of face plates. We go and complain and the lady (Sal) did not seem shocked. My girlfriend suggested we try another room so we are given another key. We go to the room and my god, the same thing. Mold in the bathroom, stains on both beds and one that unfortunately looked like bodily fluid. A random straw on the floor and nice big pink stain

Receptionist told me that I made a reservation of a physically handicap person which Im not, it doesn’t said anything like that on the detail of my booking confirmation. Just only because she could adjust the payment to higher cost, what a scam!

One of the Gentlemen that works at this location kept telling my kids to stay in the room.. They could not get Ice. their Ages range from 9 - 16 years old. Also my wife killed 4 Roaches. Just not a good experience.

Check in was super quick. The two people I met at the desk were very friendly!! One even brought out coffee for me early because I left by 5am. Only knock is the bathroom fan was hanging by a thread from the ceiling. Not a biggie to me, but others might complain

We had a nice stay at this chain hotel in the northeast Cincinnati burbs. It was clean, comfortable and moderately priced, convenient to food & shopping. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Our room had a fridge and microwave and very comfortable beds. We'd definitely stay at this place again in the future.

Convenient location, great price for what it is needed (sleep) the rooms could use some updates. The beds make my back hurt, the bathrooms are definitely out dated. Staff is friendly, other hotels let you check in whenever you get there, this one does not. Over all its a good place to spend the night,and shower at for the price.

Common areas very clean. Room was clean and smelled some of animals. We had a dog with us, so we were in a pet room so it made sense. Overall, a really great place and experience! Super convenient for getting food and being close to attractions. Would stay again.
