“Very basic hotel”

The hotel was not filthy, but also not very clean. We chose it because it is only 1.5 miles from Xavier, where we were visiting and it was one of the cheaper. The bed seemed to be slanted with a thinner mattress. The hotel was OK, but I think I would stay elsewhere if I returned. I would not stay here more than 1 night. They did have a continental breakfast.

“Get what you pay for”

hair on bathroom floor, no ironing board, broken treadmill, wake up call was an hour earlier than requested. And horrible coffee and breakfast.

“A little smelly”

The beds were very comfortable. The location wasn't bad. I see that if you were looking for a nice place to eat, you wouldn't find it. When we first walked in we were greeted with that slight sewer scent. I think hotels need to increase the air flow through the bathroom ventilation system. Luckily the windows opened so we were able to draw in fresh air. The pillows smelled too. I sprayed them with perfume. They probably need to be replaced or the hotel needs a better laundry detergent and fabric softener. The elevator had a sign that only 4 people were allowed on at once although the plaque said 20. I wasn't sure if they were unsafe (it's an 8 story building) or if they didn't want the upper floors filling the elevator so when it gets to the lower floors no one can get on. I didn't see the signs on the 1st or 2nd floors. We were on the 5th.

“Good for what you pay...”

My wife and I got a great rate on this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was adequate. Not great, but not a dump. If I had paid more, I would have been dissapointed. The facility could use some work and it is in no way soundproof. You hear a lot of what goes on outside and in the hallway. The hotel is next to a police station and a fire station, so you hear a lot of sirens throughout the night. If you need a place to stay that is relatively clean, this is it. If you want your romantic weekend getaway, go somewhere else and pay more.

“poor condition all around”

Ceiling tiles were missing in the lobby, the elevator felt like a death trap, was afraid our car would get broken into in the parking lot, our suite was terribly outdated, wallpaper and the furniture were damaged and stained, toilet was not cleaned, rust in the bathtub, and peeling paint with several holes in the bathroom ceiling. To end on a positive, the front desk clerks were very nice and the breakfast was relatively thorough for a continental breakfast.

“Non-Smoking room FILLED with smell of smoke”

This hotel was at a great location, the room was very reasonably priced, and the bed, for a hotel bed, was extremely comfortable. However, words cannot describe how much the non-smoking room was FILLED with the overpowering smell of smoke!

“Pleasant stay”

Spent only one night here - staff was very personable and cooperative - ate in their hotel Mexcian restaurant - excellent food and service - specials on margaritas - room was adequate - needs need carpeting - bags of ice in freezer on floor/no ice machine - poor breakfast service - staff did not turn up for work and night clerk had to do double duty - coffee and milk in short supply -- would stay again for the price and location by interstate

“Great one-night stay”

The hotel is great if you are needing a one night stay in the area and are on a low budget. The staff could have been friendlier, but I really dont mind such things. I was comfortable walking around the hotel, and its neighborhood, at night by myself (5ft, 110 lbs girl). The smell was a little odd, but I felt everything was clean enough. The room was clean other than a few hairs in the tub. The sheets and bed were very clean and very comfortable. It was only a few minutes drive from the Museum Center and the traffic in the area was easy to manuver. If I needed a simlar stay in the area I would definately come back.

“Hotel with best location and price”

I Stayed in Quality inn and Suites with my family.I was here to visit the Aquarium and some other places . The best thing i like about this hotel is hotel is having a beautiful lobby and not to forget a amazing Mexican restaurant with good food. Rooms were clean with comfortable bed with a decent breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel for stay to my friends and family.
