Beautiful view out of the window

Pros: Staff
Cons: free breakfast
Location: very convient to expressway. Shopping nearby along with nice restaurants.
Very convient to the expressway and all points of north Cincinnati. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

Worst customer service ever!

Cons: Front desk service. Also, a manager needs to be on call or available at all times.
We arrived at this hotel after a long day at Miami University. I had called earlier in the week to see if a pack and play would be available for my 11 month old son. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant, and told me one would be held for us. I asked if I needed to pay or fee to make sure there was one (otherwise we would have brought ours) and she guaranteed me there would be one. After checking in, we went to the room and there was no pack and play. We went to the desk to tell the clerk (who refused to give me her name). She said she was working on it. I told her we would grab dinner and I expected it to be resolved when we got back. We came back to no pack and play. I was so upset. The clerk got very rude with me and basically didn't care that we had no place for him to sleep. She actually told my husband if he didn't calm down, she would call the police. This woman was the rudest person I've ever met and I worked retail. At one point she stared at her screen instead of helping. I asked for a manager and was told there was none. No one she could call. Did I mention she is the rudest person I ever met? Literally did not care we had no place for my son to sleep. So, I went to the room, got my son in his pajamas and we packed up and drove the 2 hours home. I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I have a call in to the general manager and waiting to hear back. The hotel was clean and the room was nice, but I will never stay here.

Condo Rehab visit

Pros: A majority of the staff, including the General manager seemed genuinely concerned about the quality of our stay and were very helpful.
Cons: Every day the breakfast had what appeared to be day old or stale biscuits on the buffet. We were told they were brought in fresh.
Location: The location, for our purposes was excellent. There were plenty of good restaurants in the areas and we were close to very shopping.
We chose this hotel for its location to our work site and the fact that they allowed pets. We arrived late in the evening and girl at the desk was less than enthusiastic about our coming in. We knew we were getting smoking rooms so we asked a bout the availability of nonsmoking rooms as soon as possible. We were told we would have to wait until Monday, this was a Thursday night. As our stay progressed we seemed to get lees and lees in the way of clean towels and beds being made. On Sunday, after a discuss with Saundra and Ray we were moved to nonsmoking rooms. Ray, who we found out was the General Manager, took GREAT care of us. Making sure we had clean towels and the beds were made for the rest of our visit. Ray even took care of extending our stay as we were still working cleaning up a condo in the area. Unfortunately we left one of our pillows we brought from home and went back to the hotel to see if it could be located. Saundra did and exception job of searching the laundry area, cleaning bens and checking the pillows in the room the try to locate it. We did get our pillow case back. The pillow could not be located and Saundra wrote a note to the morning staff to find out who cleaned the room to find out where the pillow had gone. The girl who manned the desk from 6PM to midnight ran hot and cold on friendliness. She was not in a good mood when we checked in; she seemed very friendly and helpful he next night. Then is was back being distance again.

Pros: Just simple and easy to get in and out and clean, clean, clean
Cons: Don't fix it its not broke
Location: Played in a Handball Tournament at Veterans Park, 15 miles away. I only stay here when in Cincy
This hotel is excellent, Clean, huge hallway, clean large pool. I'll stay everytime I travel to Cincy.

Nice room sad staff

I thought the room was great. Very comfortable. The night check in staff were not the nicest people. Actually were borderline rude. The guy in the morning for checkout was very friendly though. Wish he had been who I checked in with.

It was extremely hot upon my arrival and the room was awful- had to turn on the air conditioning unit (very poor ) no strength and had to leave the room for hours until it cooled off.

Underated Hotel

This is truly a diamond in the rough. It must have been updated fairly recent. It was very fresh and clean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast buffet. Great price and location.

Interior decor felt high-priced

Really enjoyed our overnight stay. Although their website doesn't say that free breakfast is offered in the morning, it was a pleasant surprise to find out it was. Wish the hotel had a hot tub with the pool. Also, the shower was lukewarm water (told that the hot and cold were reverse labeled in many of the showers), but the bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly. Noticed that the sheer curtains were torn and needed to be replaced, but not a deal buster. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast.
