“nice staff but condition of hotel is bad and it's on freeway”

parking garage says it all. unlit & bad condition on top of freeway. room smelled and was super noisy even with fan. very marginal neighborhood falsely advertised as downtown. fitness room a joke. over priced.

“Good Value For The Price”

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's not in the greatest neighborhood, but it is only a few minutes from downtown Cincinnati so everything was very easy to get to. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast, served in a dining room off the lobby, was quite good. This hotel is a very good value for the price!

“Horrible Hotel”

Could be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in the USA. Huge mistake by not reading all the reviews first. Let's just say the hotel has not been well maintained and is falling apart. The lobby is a good sign of your stay - worn, torn and nasty lobby. I was hit by a something falling from the ceiling. I looked up to see a huge hole. Evidently they had a pipe leak and had to do some work. The repair guy said yep - we moved the bucket and warning signs. Should I mention the flys? Our room was more dated than one could ever imagine. The chairs were crusted in some old food or something. The bathroom was in need or replacement not repair. Evidently someone went crazy with caulking and it was everywhere with a nice layer of black mold. The tub would not drain and the towel rack was falling off the wall. The common areas were neglected and even my cheap dad would have not complimented the free breakfast. The surrounding area - well let's just say we watched many fun things from the hotel window. Let's just say I doubt you would see the same things from your front window at home. We took cabs even the 1 mile into the city and back. I would never stay at this hotel again nor let any of my friends or family even visit the hotel.

“Will never return and do not recommend”

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. the pictures were not true at all. The quality of the room (including cleanliness, service, etc) was extremely poor. i stayed here due to everything else being booked in the area and had no other option. This room was dirty, the entire time i was there i did not receive room service, constantly locked out of room, beer cans in the hallway the following morning, bathroom was nasty. My overall experience was horrible and i will never go here again. I will be sure to make better judgement and look further into selecting a room because i did not get what i paid for.

“Good Enough...”

Booked this hotel for a last minute trip to go to a few Reds games. It's not too far from the ballpark, but not a walkable distance. There is nothing in the neighborhood or within walking distance in terms of restaurants or shopping or attractions. Room was clean and somewhat comfortable. Basically I was just happy to have a place to sleep and a shower for the stay. Definitely not worth a lot of money, but it did its job.

“Duped by great pictures and reviews...”

This was the first leg of our family vacation to Ohio. The reviews and pictures combined with a competetive rate convinced us to book immediately. When we pulled up, there were two different names on the hotel, both of which were different than what we booked under. The hotel was in a horrible neighborhood and the condition of the hotel was terrible. Filthy carpet, walls, and bathrooms. paint and wallpaper peeling from the walls, broken down fixtures etc. This hotel was absolutely a disappointment.

The room looks very old, not very clean and definitely not very comfortable. The only plus side is the convenience of the hotel location. After our stay, my view of how a Ramada hotel should look like is definitely tarnished.
