“Pleased and returning customer”

We have stayed at this hotel twice and will return. Its a great stay for the price and for us its a couple of miles from family. We have been pleased both times.

I have been staying at this location for several years when on a business trip and plan to stay there again in the future.

The room was on the first floor as requested, it was very clean when we arrived and the bed was wonderful. We are planning a return trip in about 2 weeks.

Not a bad location. Not for an extended stay but for a one night stopover it was fine.

It was good enough to stopover on your travel somewhere or if your in town for a weekend event but 's not a stay for a week hotel.

No trash can in the room. Old beds. No extras like breakfast, pool or anything else.

“Stay away from the smoking rooms - even if you smoke”

I'm not into cushy rooms or anything, but this place grossed me out. Namely, the toilet wasn't clean and the room smelled so bad of smoke that even the clothes I left packed in my suitcase were foul 2 days after getting home from the trip. You know how after a period of time your nose gets desensitized to a smell and you don't notice it anymore. That didn't happen in this place. It was like staying in a sticky ashtray. If you're getting a room for cheap here, make sure to get a nonsmoking room. I suspect that even most smokers would be grossed out by the room I stayed in. Staff was passive but fine. AC worked well. In all, the not-so-clean sink area and bathroom, plus the nasty smell made this place regrettably memorable for me. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll be looking for a different hotel.

“Get what you pay for.....well maybe not even that”

Hotel room was not clean. The walls were falling apart and the door had gaps letting in cold air. The price was cheap but next time I will pay more to sleep easy not worring bugs or freezing bc the door doesn't seal shut.

“Awful room”

I was very disappointed in my stay. The room did not have any trash cans. The mattresses felt old and worn out, and they were very unomfortable to sleep on. The towels were stained. It was a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. The door was difficult to close because we had to close it by turning the handle from the inside. There were no elevators. Overall, one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had and a poor representation of the Red Roof Inn name.
