“never go back”
The room was small and never had anyone at the desk .I was there 2 days and the ice machine did work ..on my 3rd after checking out I was told that yes they would have someone out to fix it ..bath room needed work the floor was dirty over all was not happy with it ..

“Stay away from the smoking rooms - even if you smoke”
I'm not into cushy rooms or anything, but this place grossed me out. Namely, the toilet wasn't clean and the room smelled so bad of smoke that even the clothes I left packed in my suitcase were foul 2 days after getting home from the trip. You know how after a period of time your nose gets desensitized to a smell and you don't notice it anymore. That didn't happen in this place. It was like staying in a sticky ashtray. If you're getting a room for cheap here, make sure to get a nonsmoking room. I suspect that even most smokers would be grossed out by the room I stayed in. Staff was passive but fine. AC worked well. In all, the not-so-clean sink area and bathroom, plus the nasty smell made this place regrettably memorable for me. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll be looking for a different hotel.
“Two Star Rating Too High”
At check in, I stood behind another couple in the process of changing rooms because their heater didn't work. It was a harbinger of things to come. On arrival at my room I found a broken towel bar in the bathroom and the bar and bracket lying on the toilet tank. There was a lid for an ice bucket on the sink, but no bucket in the room. There was not a single cup, plastic, styrofoam or glass, in the room. The clock did not function. Contrary to the amenities listed on Expedia for this hotel, there is no refrigerator. There is also no microwave. I called the desk and told them about the towel bar, ice bucket and cup issues. They offered to let me move to a new room, but I was staying for only a night and didn't want the inconvenience. They brought an ice bucket and cups to my room within a few minutes. The bottom line, however, is that they have serious process control issues in the housekeeping and/or engineering areas of their business. Given the obvious problems housekeeping left in my room, it seemed laughable that an employee, likely on the housekeeping staff, had actually left a feedback form seeking customer input. Need you ask? If you choose to stay at this hotel, caveat emptor.
“Get what you pay for.....well maybe not even that”
Hotel room was not clean. The walls were falling apart and the door had gaps letting in cold air. The price was cheap but next time I will pay more to sleep easy not worring bugs or freezing bc the door doesn't seal shut.

I have been staying at this location for several years when on a business trip and plan to stay there again in the future.

Not a bad location. Not for an extended stay but for a one night stopover it was fine.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and will return. Its a great stay for the price and for us its a couple of miles from family. We have been pleased both times.

The room was on the first floor as requested, it was very clean when we arrived and the bed was wonderful. We are planning a return trip in about 2 weeks.
“Good stopover hotel”
It was good enough to stopover on your travel somewhere or if your in town for a weekend event but 's not a stay for a week hotel.
