disappointing

Posted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: convient to were I was going, the bath room was remodeled
Cons: complete the job before you open up for your guest. it was obvious they have remodeled to some degree ( updated color theme, bold beautiful colors)
Location: greatdi
overqll the room LOOKED clean but the floor was damp/wet from the leaking air conditioner, couldn't plug the bedside lamp in due to the faulty plug, drawers were dirty with old bowls and trash from a previous guest and the staff acted like they could not speak English. the breakfast was bread and water (no eggs or meat) they don't have a lounge just the little breakfast area and they are "pet friendly" so if you have allergies or just don't want to walk or lay were someone elses dog has been....

Nice hotel close to all the tester aunts

Posted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: close to restraints and friendly
Cons: Leave pool open later, Put tub and shower combo in all rooms
Location: Kings island amusement park is we're we went
We enjoyed our stay at red roof. However we did not like the stand up shower only with handicap seAting. when you put the shower head on the stand it pointed out toward the toilet not at us. Overall the staff was pleasing and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was pretty clean. Didn't get to swim pool closed too early. We would use Gain

Close to the tennis courts.

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Location.
Cons: Fix the tub, fix the refrigerator.
Location: Midway between Cincinnatti and the Linder Family Tennis Center. Large amusement park near by. Zoo and lots of other things in the city.
The room was okay except that the tub had a small leak, the refrigerator made too much noise (had to turn it off) and there were ants.

Nice hotel close to lots of amenities.

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Very clean, bed comfy.
Nice hotel, very clean, close to lots of amenities in the area. Only one negative, the rooms facing Highway 71 have more traffic noice, other than that, nice stay.

Good value

The rooms were very clean and updated. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was basic and crowded early. It's a good hotel for the price.

Sleepless in Cincinnati

Posted Aug 4, 2014
When we arrived we was pleased to see the lobby was clean an looked great But we could not understand. The clerk at the front desk, housekeeping was even worse coming in the room with only one knock at the door an a do not disturb sign posted !!! I think she could not read We tried to tell another worker an he also could not speak well. The beds where not comfortable an the shower had orange Soap scumb in All four comers of the shower ! Not to mention our room was right next to the highway with road construction going on all night

Ok but you get what you pay for.

Posted Jul 30, 2014
We stayed there one night for our Kings Island trip. Can't complain too much cause you get what you pay for and we went cheap. They attempted to update the place but was done terribly. Toilet rocked, shower head moved around and thought it was gonna fall off. The chair in the room was broken. Obvious water damage on ceiling with a few spots where they attempted to patch it was horribly done. The bed skirt had mud all over it and the lamps were broken and stained. Like I said it was for one night but now I know why it was so cheap.
