The best place to stay atPosted Mar 2, 2014
Wow, this place is awesome. It's tucked away in the corner of downtown. Nice and quite. Beautiful building with a wonderful staff. Breakfast in the morning is amazing. Our room was huge and nice. Clean and comfy. We stay in a king bed room.

Best hotel we've ever enjoyed!Posted Jan 4, 2014
Pros: Well appointed furnishings, great views.
Cons: Noise dampening windows.
We've traveled quite a bit for work and leisure and stayed in quite a few hotels. This is by far the best hotel we have had the pleasure of staying in! The price is particularly great for the kind of amenities you'll enjoy as well as the friendly and professional staff. The suite was perfectly clean, the valet was nice and helpful, and the front desk staff was pleasant. Our view of the old part of town was great from our 11th floor room, and though the semi-traffic air brake noise from the highway was sometimes a bother once the curtains were closed we didn't notice it. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have expected morePosted Nov 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The service was excellent from valet parking to interaction of employees in the hallways. The rooms were impressively modern and clean. My wife and I agreed that this was the nicest room we have stayed at (and we have stayed in many rooms over the years). It was also close to many attractions (casino, professional sport stadiums, malls, and others). We will definitely make this our hotel of choice when going to Cincinnati.

Residence Inn is the prime Hotel for Cincy. It is a great location to everything you may need downtown. Their building is top notch along with their service and staff. Make sure you don't miss breakfast in the morning!

Fantastic!Posted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: Everything! Friendly and courteous staff, excellent location and fantastic breakfast buffet.
Location: Sporting event venues and downtown shopping, dining, and theatre within walking distance.
We stayed here on a weekend for a Bengals game, and we were very impressed with the hotel. The room was fantastic, incredibly clean and quiet, and the staff was exceptionally helpful, helping us find parking and giving us directions to area attractions. We stayed on a Saturday night, and were able to take a ten minute walk to downtown Cincinnati for a steak dinner, with lots of shopping and dining options. On Sunday, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel (a REAL breakfast, with actual sausage, eggs, fresh fruit, etc) before walking about 15 minutes to the stadium. The perfect location, and street metered parking was free after 5 pm on Saturday through Sunday, so we had no problem parking in front of the hotel and didn't have to mess with game day parking near the stadium. We will only stay here on return visits!

Great Hotel near Great American BallparkPosted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: The hotel itself is beautiful! The staff is what made the stay great! The patio furniture in the front on the patio was very nice.
Location: The location was great for walking to the Great American Ballpark, Arena or Fountain Square. You don't feel like you are downtown.
Myself and 3 other friends stayed here because it was within walking distance from our 10K Race that was going on near the Great American Ballpark. The staff is among the friendliest that I have ever encountered in a hotel (I have stayed at many). Check in was no problem, since we had four in our party, she put us in a corner room for more room. The bell hop brought our luggage up to the room and was very professional and helpful. The room was perfect! Immaculate and very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. We called housekeeping to get an extra blanket and they brought it to us within a few minutes. The breakfast staff were very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was great. Plenty of choices: eggs, sausage, fruit, bagels, etc. We had a wonderful time. The valet guys were super nice and nice to talk with while sitting on the front patio. Great hotel and I highly recommend it.
