"First I would like to send super kudos to Afton for her patience and consideration when I had a problem with my account. She got it all figured out and was empathetic to my problem. All the while being upbeat and positive. Then in the morning Tasha was also delightful on checkout! The breakfast was delish and Sherry's service excellent. The only con was the toilet had black mold around the base and the caulking was majorly damaged. Toilet seat in the handicap bathroom was so loose I almost fell off. These are minor issues that can be taken care of quickly and easily."
