Walls are paper thin. The side doors that typically would require a key card was busted so anyone could walk in. There appeared to be dried blood on the walls and floor in my room. Staff was kind but the building itself was “okay” at best. It was only a place for me to sleep, so I’m not going to complain too much as I didn’t really stick around long enough to feel the place out completely.

It was a good price but I had never seen so many stains in a room before. It was stains on our towels and we asked for new ones. It was stains on those towels as well. If you want a cheap hotel and aren't bothered by the stains, not a bad place.

The location was great. The facility was really dirty. The room had no toilet paper and there was dirt in alot of places. I think this is an indication of the price. The person who checked me in was not too friendly, but there was a second person who was great. She also checked me out in the morning and was very friendly.

Worst place ever!!!
I travel all the time and stayed at many of hotels, this by far was the worst! Rooms are filthy and smell horrible. The manager Kris is the absolute worst! I paid for a room and was called at 7am telling me I needed to change my room that I was already staying in for 4 days. She came up at 11 banging on my door then proceeded to open it. She began cussing and told me she was calling the cops. Cops came escorted me off the property for a Room that was already paid for! Then I ask for a refund and was charge 51 more dollars. Never received my refund and had 3 more unauthorized charges from the establishment. Was literally robbed in front of the cops while Kris sat there laughing about and had to leave cause was told I was trespassing. I have never dealt with such rude hospitality for no reason. I would definitely say if you are a person of color or any one don’t stay here!!!

They didn’t even have a tooth brush for us or toothpaste and can’t get a late check out, but I enjoyed swimming in a indoor pool.

Every thing was nice. The only problem was the hot water. I stayed in 3 different rooms. 1 had no hot water at all. The others didn’t have enough for me to finish a shower. That was disappointing.

It was under renovations and upon pulling up some of the windows were cracked and window coverings were torn. It promises to be beautiful when completed can't wait to go back next year. Proof positive don't judge a book by it's cover.

When I arrived there was no one at the front desk for well over 20 minutes! I called more than 7 times only for a guy to show up for a smoke break. He apologized and after that, took another 10minutes to check me in. What a drag!

The girl at the front desk when we got there was awesome, easiest checkin we have every had from anywhere. everyone was so nice and helpful as i had had surgery on my ankle so was wobbly and slow.

The hotel was clean, even though they are doing renovations. The key to unlock the door to the room was a little tricky. First time to the room, neither key would open the door. had to go back to the front desk. 2nd time to the room, it took a min for the lock to register the key. 3rd time to the room, same issue. But other than that, the stay was nice.

managers claims to have clean bed sheets and towels , despite brown stains on them . felt disgusting just being there . could be a good place to stay as the room and the amenities are just fine, but you cannot help but feel uncomfortable knowing there’s browns stains on the bed sheets and towels .

Worst hotel I have stayed in.
The toilet did not work in the room upon arrival and my husband had to fix the flapper in the back of the toilet. I saw a staff member spraying home defense on the walls down the hall way and I should of checked out then. I found bed bugs on the couch of in our room. They stated they did not have a room for us to move to and we was left with no choice but to check out. I was told I would get a full refund and after we checked out they tried to charge my card an additional 71.00 dollars.

Booked a room for 5 but they were out of the correct sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. Bottom sheets on beds were torn. Hallways smelled like cigs and there were condom wrappers under the pull out couch.

When we got there the pool was drained and the hot tub was closed. The clerk seemed unmotivated. Then the car alarms started going off! Every 15 minutes all night long. When William asked the morning clerk about it, she dug out two pairs of ear plugs and handed them to him. William went over to the Honda dealership where they confessed that they had done it. That night there were no car alarms.
